La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bismarck

Nice hotel, great amenities, staff could have been a bit nicer but overall it was a great stay.

This was a 1 night stay and first time. Place has its right off the interstate, great parking, clean, safe area, and rooms were very comfortable. I went down for breakfast at about 8:30 and it was busy. Staff member was working hard to keep up and did a great job. It’s just hard to keep up when some people grab full plates of just bacon! I will definitely be staying here again.

This hotel is amazing if you have pets! They were so accommodating!

Front desk staff evening and early morning less than available. Had to wait a long time for help. Tub drained very slowly, next person had to wait. No restaurants nearby except two fast foods. Not worth it.

Price was high for what you get. Cracks in the ceiling.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom with a nice shower. Perfect for a one night stay. Breakfast was good as well.

Room was dirty with trash. Housekeeping is only available upon request. Which makes me think the room wasn’t cleaned before my stay. Staff acted like you were bothering them if you needed anything.

Loved the sheets and pillows sleepy really good.

Breakfast area was not kept clean or restocked. Parking was great and room was very clean. Disappointed in pool area as website photos showed a play area for this location, however they do not have a play area.

Clean convenient nice people big enough room….

The hotel is filthy. The carpet and furniture are disgusting. Dirty pillows, old food and trash under the furniture. Some type of bodily fluid on the side of the bed. My family and I had three rooms here and they were all horrible. This place needs to be closed down by the health department.

Great stay would definitely revisit

Beware - the employee also told me point blank they do not honour any requests from third party booking sites. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere.

The room showed signs of pet damage (scratches and a slight odor of urine). The door was also difficult to open and close, requiring a few tries each time. Breakfast was included, and had a good selection. Overall, it’s an affordable place to stay immediately off the interstate, but needs a refresh and better cleaning.
