Great hotel for a one night stay on a road trip.

Nice location, clean, comfortable room, friendly staff. Breakfast was fine with nice options, including some healthy options.

Worst place don’t stay here. Won’t even let you have guests

The room appeared clean upon arrival, but we found small cockroaches in the bathroom, which was already concerning. Breakfast was also poorly managed. By 8:00 AM, several items were already empty, including the pancake batter, and they were not replenished promptly. The most upsetting part of our stay happened after we returned from breakfast. We discovered that our wallets had been opened, and cash was missing. We immediately reported the incident to the front desk. While the staff listened and assisted us, no meaningful action was taken. We were only given explanations, and we were informed that there were no CCTV cameras in the hallways, making it impossible to investigate properly. We have stayed in other hotels before, and this is the first time we have ever had anything stolen from us. All I wanted was for the safety of my kids. We are just thankful that only cash was taken, which is still so mysterious. We considered filing a police report, but we felt it would be a difficult and time consuming process with little chance of recovering our money. What hurt us most was not only the financial loss but also the complete loss of trust and sense of safety. Our children were terrified after the incident. Instead of enjoying our family trip, we spent our time trying to reassure them and calm their fears. We even found ourselves being told to always double-lock our door, which only reinforced how unsafe we felt.

Breakfast very average. Parking excellent.

We had a group of youth and everyone was really friendly and helpful.

Don't try to check in early at the motel. They will tell you they have rooms available but if it is any time before 3:00 they will bill you $30.00 for an "early check-in."

Do not stay here! Ended up switching rooms because bed was broken. Staff was rude - rolled their eyes when we came to them with problems. Rooms gross, pool gross. We even called manager to discuss our stay he was dismissive and told us nothing was wrong with room. Extreme gaslighting from management - worst service I have ever seen!

Upon arrival I was there an hour and a half early and they wanted to charge me $30 extra. I have never had to do that anyplace I've ever stayed so I said I'll be back. But then later on that evening we decided to go to the pool and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi wasn't working and it looked like the pool area hadn't been clean in a long time. People were itching their initials around the pool in the scum. So needless to say the breakfast were not that good. It has gone downhill. Very disappointing. Won't be going back.

Air conditioner was loud and people upstairs were jumping and running around. Staff was very helpful and nice.

The breakfast is excellent! Both hot and cold items are offered. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate that I have the option to pre-check in and pre check out.

Definitely needs maintenance, corner tile pieces missing, carpet base was shredded and a blind person did the tub caulk.
