Quality Inn Bismarck I-94

Do not believe anything you see about this property. The pictures make it look somewhat livable- but it truly is not. The place smells god awful, place is trashed, and the rooms are complete junk. Please avoid at all costs!

The guy at the front desk was the best check-in staff I’ve ever experienced! (and the beds and pillows were super comfortable, too!)

Went back this weekend because overall the staff has been very nice. They again were very nice, but this time my room again had very little hot water. It did get hot eventually, but you should not have to wait 10-15 minutes to get water hot enough to take a shower!

Had to drag my large suitcase down stairs to hall. The deadbolt on the room would not work, so I had to change rooms.

I love the breakfast buffet. Good selection and made hot and fresh. They no longer have the spa room. I loved that.

Location Room fridge did not work, staff sent me to my room the long way around. Lounge staff served out dated beverages and slow service.

Great staff. Room was clean. Slept good. Breakfast was decent. Ice maker was broken on our floor.

The room was clean and comfortable. I only stayed over night.

No hot water - eventually had to open sink tap at same time as shower to get some hot water. Room was adequate, a bit small tho. Only TV/direct tv channels.

The cleanliness was not good.

Rooms need some work. The hallways and stair cases are not clean and several damaged walls. There is a smell. Also the internet is really bad

That they turned off the water in the sink without telling us.

You can tell it’s an older property that they’ve been upgrading. Didn’t have a Smart TV, no big deal. It was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was average, nothing wrong with it at all, just nothing to brag about.
