Quality Inn Bismarck I-94

First off they gave me a room that smelled like a wet dog.Just friggin stunk. They gave me a better room,, NO HOT WATER!! PERIOD BOTH NIGHTS TEPID IS THE WORD I WOULD USE! Maybe 70 degrees. If that, ever try to shave in cold water not good. Went the pool water colder then the air temperature. Hot tub still broken for years. Its hot but no jets. I have stayed there for around 15 years, its a working mans place usually nice. clean, staff that wasn`t scary. Over all, this BOB from Iowa that bought the place is just taking what he can get out of it and run it in the ground. Its to bad, I`m not going to stay anymore.

Room was clean with enough towels and breakfast was good

The air conditioner worked. First time ever in a hotel. The room was quiet, clean and fairly dark.

It was close to the freeway and close to shopping and restaurants and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room set up was inconvenient: the coffee pot and ice bucket were way up high where the TV should have been TV was too low to watch from bed. Not enough outlets for plugging bin electronics and needs usb ports for electronics

It was a beautiful huge beautiful place. Felt like a place for rich folks but with our price range. Very happy with it. Really liked that it had laundry facilities. The room wasn't ready when I got there but it was ok because they let me do my laundry while I waited. When I did get into the room, I found dirty towels from the last guest that were hanging on the back of the bathroom door.

It was hot. The place had paint blotches, visibly damaged areas, I mean, it was such an unpleasant place.Never stayed with Quality Inn before and I this was my last stay with QI. Never again.

Bathroom could use some updates. Would have liked a hot tub

Very dated. Bathroom was clean. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and rickety. Carpet was stained. Walls in hallway and entrances were filthy. While front desk staff was pleasant when we checked in I was disconcerted when they asked the names of those staying in the room because they have a list of people that aren’t allowed to stay there.

the check in was smooth and pleasant. Door #4 was a smoke break area for guests and staff, very nasty! our toilet was not cleaned but room was ok

ONE OF THE TOP 5 BIGGEST DUMPS I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY LIFE....THE ROOM CARDS HARDLY EVER WORK TWICE...HAD TO MAKE 8 TRIPS TO GET THEM REPROGRAMMED....THE TOWELS IN THE ROOM WERE DIRTY AS HELL.....COLD WATER NEARLY EVERY MORNING FOR A SHOWER....SMALL BEDS....SMALL TV......AT LEAST THE AIR CONDITIONER UNIT.....THE OUTSIDE DOOR NEVER LOCKS TO KEEP OUTSIDE GUESTS AWAY....JUST A DUMP

We couldn't get checked in at 3, 4, or 5, because they didn't have a room ready for us. Finally she decided to give us a different room beings we kept going back to check in.

Poor quality overall. AC did not work well so room was very warm. Bathroom fan did not work. Room was dimly lit with very few usable outlets. Beds were very small and uncomfortable. Bathroom door did not lock. Pool area was very hot.

We stay here every time we travel through. Great place.

Room dingy & lamps didn’t work well but staff very helpful in resolving what they could.

Mostly the price, and the lounge! Nice staff! Luke warm breakfast, my shower would not turn on. Maintenance had to come to my room.

Breakfast Had a smoker near us Could smell in hallway. Reported to desk. Stinky

Staff was very friendly.

The air conditioning units are over 20 years old and aren't properly cooling rooms. We did not want to change rooms in the middle of our stay as we had kids with. Having to prop the hotel door open just to get a draft from the hallway was a bit ridiculous.
