Families were a little loud

Nice hotel. Pool was great. Doors need to be painted and chairs in breakfast room should be replaced. No exhaust in the bathroom.

The breakfast was ok, but there was no one keeping the food stocked. The place was busy and you had to wait until someone brought food out. Also, we asked for clean wash cloths and hand towels, and to empty the trash can. The dirty towels were on the floor next to the trash can, but were not picked up. Who empties the trash and leaves the dirty stuff on the floor? We had to go and ask for clean lines. Finally, I asked for a receipt. The desk help would not give me one, but would email me one. I don’t think she wanted to be bothered.

Location. Shower had lots of hot water. Hair dryer was easy to access and was mounted to the wall. Drop ceiling frame rusted over shower. Throw pillows had stains on them. Pull out couch mattress desperately needs to be replaced was extremely difficult to sleep on it was so uncomfortable. Easily felt the sofa bed frame through the mattress. Not enough bath towels for the number of guests the room is for. Thin flimsy blanket for the person on the pull out couch. Air conditioner did not adequately cool the room during the night. Dresser drawers were literally broken and unusable.

The check in took over 10 minutes, the hot tub was not working, the doors, chairs etc. were functional but were very worn and should have been replaced or at least refinished as they looked terrible. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good but the employee who was supposed to take care of things, was not doing that. People had to go to the front desk to have them locate the employee whenever food, coffee etc. ran out.

It was great place to stay

Thrnpool Only one person running both hotels. Had to wait 30 mins for someone at the desk to get us new key cards to get into our room.

Everything was good except the breakfast. The powder eggs are not good. Coffee was dark and very thick and strong

The hotel is old and needs updates. Our room was clean but it had a strange smell. The refrigerator leaked water on the floor to the front door. The front door was warped so you had to pull it or push it hard to open and close it. Parking was also limited. The bed was clean with fresh sheets and it was very comfortable. So needless to say we had a good night sleep. The staff were very nice and helpful. They made our stay wonderful.

My stay was pretty good the staff do it from my head was with the young girl that was checking in she was kind of rude other than that my state was very pleasant.

Property is run down. Shower curtain rod was about to fall down. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Broken tiles in the bathroom floor and mold around the base of the toilet sealed in with clear silicone. A/C filters hadn't been cleaned in months so they put a dryer sheet over the intake side. Seats in the breakfast area were gross and torn. Pool was not open at the time posted and front desk wanted to argue about the hours when it was posted on the wall. They also were out of towels at the pool by 10am.

Multiple pool choices, breakfast, location No pool access until 9:30 a.m. which I have never hear of at any hotel. Have been able to take kiddos swimming before checkout but could not at this hotel....bummed!!! Part of the water area not turned on so couldn't use. Need clock in pool area. Really liked the room we had!

Only wish the hot tub was available during our stay.
