Staybridge Suites Bismarck by IHG

Overall it was meh/mid. The room was fine but there was also the smell of some old food noticeable. I'm not sure if it was leftover from the previous customer or wafting through the air ducts from another room. The rooms have kitchens so are extended stay. There were a number of dogs which we could hear during the day- fortunately they weren't barking through the night. Overall it was fine but not exceptional by any means.

The rooms were cery cean & seemed newly remodeled.. Comfortable beds & pillows especially if you like a firm bed.. the front desk woman on the night shift at my late check-in was really exceptional and nice.. The breakfast was really good: eggs werr fresh & hot; the sausage good and waffle you make yourself tasty.. A lot of choices.. fresh fruit, bagels etc. The 2-room suite we had w/ kitchen had everything that you need as far as pans plates utensils & cutting board. Nice layout penisula very useful. Nice Shower. Only couple problems: One on the last day we had low water pressure in bathroom which made it difficult to fill tub as water dribbling out. Also, the times from Expedia for pool close incorrect; they said pool open until 11pm & it was 10. Also got a welcome email via expedia saying checkout at noon but it was 11 as internet description originally said...

Plenty of parking, Easy walking, centrally located near shopping restaurants, Pool and Hot Tub are excellent. I would stay there in he future

The room and hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. My only complaint was the additional charge of $75 for my dog. That’s much too high. I wasn’t told about the charge until we checked in.

We stayed one night and it was lovely. Great staff and renovated and well appointed rooms.

This hotel is wonderful. My only complaint is that it is too expensive compared to other hotels in the area. The only reason I chose it over the other hotels is because of the location. It is in walking distance to my mom’s house.

I liked the style of the room with the 2 bedroom suite. It allowed me and my family privacy in the same room, similar to if we had each gotten separate rooms. There was random food on the floor (peanuts) bugs crawling out of the sink and other minor issues. The issues we did being up to the staff were very prompt about resolving as best they could, but there were just so many little things it became annoying.

Proximity to stores and venue we attended Nothing. Pleasantly surprised

The outdoor area was beautiful and comfortable seating! Our room was upgraded to a suite and was great! The staff was super nice!!
