Other than that it was a pleasant stay

The staff was very nice, but that could not offset how dirty the pool was. Our bathing suits smelled of urine after leaving the pool. Servicing of the rooms needs to happen more frequently. If you have an issue be prepared to wait a while to have it resolved. Maintenance personnel vividly complained about their job while fixing a plumbing issue in our room.

I requested light cleaning all days, that was sporadic to say the least.

Room wasn’t that clean, physical items left behind from the previous guests so obviously wasn’t cleaned that well. Staff at the front desk hardly existed when we needed something but when it came to our check out day someone knocked on our door 3 times to see if we had checked out yet. The first time being 9 am. Breakfast was barely restocked. The kids liked the water slide so I’ll give you that.

Rooms were clean, pool was for all ages, and breakfast had many options.

Room had a funny smell

This hotel was very comfortable and accommodating as we had our dog with us. The service was great and amenities were useful, clean and in good working order.

Well our first rooms AC wasn’t working. I told the front desk and they wanted to drag their feet to get us a new room. Although they did and gave us an upgrade in the end. The rooms also just smell musty? I think that’s how I’d describe it. I also found gum stick to the bed side table. Also one final thing the bathroom just smells of pee. Second room was better but still had that musty smell to it. The pool was great, it seemed clean. And breakfast was also good.

Breakfast had a good variety and plenty of items to choose from including make your own waffles, cheese omlets, etc..

Breakfast is surprisingly elaborate.

Also, surprised that when we initially entered our room, the bedroom window was wide open to the parking lot… no screen, so I did a quick double check of the room to be sure no one had entered our room from the outside (we were on the first floor… anyone could have entered without the front desk noticing. )

We loved how big our room was.
