Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Bismarck Waterpark

Breakfast was decent and the staff was nice. The room was a little small for the price we paid. They need to update the Jacuzzi tub. The jets were pretty weak. Vending machine didn't work.

The service was exceptional specifically Vinny who was at the front desk upon are late arrival , he was friendly, helpful, empathetic and showed genuine care which I find to be rare in today's world. The breakfast was great and again Vinny was hard at work making sure everyone was happy. Thank you for a great stay .

Very good

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was ready good. The only complaint I had was one of the tv’s didn’t work and the other tv was only getting about a quarter of the channels they offered and the picture was so dark at times you couldn’t hardly see the picture.

The location was great for our needs. Great breakfast options Our tv didn’t work. We had someone come reset it and that still didn’t work so had no tv. Turned on but couldn’t actually turn to watch anything. I didn’t like checkout with a person on screen when there was someone behind desk. Not personable and no one seemed to care the tv didn’t work

Beds was comfy, They couldn't give you extra towels for the bedroom, the pullout bed had stains on the sheets, the guy on the FaceTime thing wasn't helping at all so basically you had to wait to talk to actual in person front desk person. It was a mid stay but that's how all the hotels been latelyy

The front desk gentleman was so so nice! i forgot my charger and he was able to borrow one to me overnight

It took a lot longer than it should have to check in. Wanted to use the water park and pool area with the kids/grandkids and the water temp was 60 degrees at the best. Kiddie pool was only slightly better. Staff acted surprised when I asked them why the pool heater wasn't turned on. I think they did try to turn it on but you are not going to heat up a pool in 18 hours. Was not happy with cable tv in the room one of the boxes only allowed us to view 3 channels the other box allowed 50 channels. No response when I texted back to the let us know if something isn't right text. Room itself was adequate and breakfast area was decent. Just not as great as I was hoping for.

The room was big and nice. Staff was nice Amenities seem a little dated.

Breakfast & location was average. Not clean around the roll-in shower. Corners & grout need attention.

Parking Horrible smell

I was unimpressed with the lack of staff on property. The biggest turnoff is expecting a human to greet you in person, only to be caught off guard by a remove worker on a zoom camera in the corner. Whole check in process was awkward and uncomfortable. Otherwise, a very average stay
