Breakfast was the normal basic free meal.

Nice location and spacious room. Funky smell like wet Carpet.

Unfortunately, there were a few issues that need attention. After my son walked barefoot on the carpet in our room, the bottoms of his feet were completely black, which made us question how well the carpets are being cleaned. The bathroom door also stuck every time it was closed, leaving us trapped inside unless we forcefully pushed or pulled it open. The hot tub was warm and relaxing, but I was surprised there was no handrail to help guests get in and out. This felt like a significant safety concern, especially for older adults or anyone with mobility issues. Overall, the staff and amenities were great, but some maintenance and safety improvements would make this a much better place to stay.

We had only two bath towels in our room of 5 people . We did not have any bedding in the room for the sofa bed . I went to the front desk to get bedding and request towels . I was told the towels would be sent to our room and they were not ! There were no towels available in the swimming area at anytime we used it . The pool area needed to be cleaned up .

Very dirty and wasn’t properly cleaned

The carpeting through the hotel is worn out and stained, feels that there is some updates needed. The breakfast was ok and we all found something to eat. However the “cheesy eggs” on the 2nd day we were there, tasted off. My kid said “they taste sour” and they did, like vinegar almost? Kinda worried that they had turned bad so we didn’t eat them. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning was quiet, and we got a couple good nights sleep. The staff, as always, super-kind and helpful. The place is feeling “worn out” and I’m not sure we will be back unless there’s updates.

Air conditioning the room wasn't good. Shower didn't drain and took 5 minutes before hot water came. Door to the room squeaked really bad. Key stopped working everyday we were they and had to go get it reprogrammed.

The facility was older but clean enough. Our bathroom smelled musty but was clean. The water slide was a huge hit for our family. It was worth the stay for sure.

Was fairly clean, great location, helpful staff. They let us use the dining room to eat when we got pizza for our large group. Pool had no towels, we mentioned that to the staff but were told it takes a long time to wash and dry towels. Sauna didn't work ar all. Eggs were disgusting at breakfast. Bathroom door in our room had a hole, and looked like it was abused . TV didn't work properly, kept saying it can't connect. Vending machines on site but one didn't work at all and the other was sold out of water, I mentioned that to front desk, and they offered me one bottle. But we were a party of 17 so one bottle didn't do anything.

Breakfast was good for the price of the room. A little cleaner. Hallways were dirty and carpet stained. Room seemed ok though.
