Country Inn & Suites by Radisson Bismarck Waterpark

This hotel was very comfortable and accommodating as we had our dog with us. The service was great and amenities were useful, clean and in good working order.

Pet friendly so cleanliness was subpar…

I was asleep while the cleaner opened the door without knocking . Lucky my husband was sitting at the desk by the door. They said they would give a refund and they would contact the message and when we left they sent a video showing the guy not entering but would he have if my husband wasn’t there ? Also they said he knocked just because his hand was up at his face and then badge before opening the door so they said they aren’t giving a refund because he didn’t enter ! It wasn’t about the refund I just had a feeling things like that would happened so I had my husband stay up while I took a short nap and what do u know. Lucky thing I wasn’t alone .

Well our first rooms AC wasn’t working. I told the front desk and they wanted to drag their feet to get us a new room. Although they did and gave us an upgrade in the end. The rooms also just smell musty? I think that’s how I’d describe it. I also found gum stick to the bed side table. Also one final thing the bathroom just smells of pee. Second room was better but still had that musty smell to it. The pool was great, it seemed clean. And breakfast was also good.

Breakfast had a good variety and plenty of items to choose from including make your own waffles, cheese omlets, etc..

Breakfast is surprisingly elaborate.

Also, surprised that when we initially entered our room, the bedroom window was wide open to the parking lot… no screen, so I did a quick double check of the room to be sure no one had entered our room from the outside (we were on the first floor… anyone could have entered without the front desk noticing. )

We loved how big our room was.

Everything was amazing I was told there would be grits but it was the wrong day

Friendly staff, clean building and room, breakfast better than average complimentary motel fare.

Asked them for 2 more bath towels and to refill my body wash in the shower, came back from dinner that evening and neither thing had been done and never got done. Paid over $430 to stay at this place and television didn't work worth a crap either. I had my speaker in the pool area to listen to music with my softball guys and a man came in and said no music allowed in pool area, meanwhile no towels were in there to be used. Also, no sign saying no music. Breakfast wasn't that great.

There was a kiosk to check in at night time. They were hard to understand, they put a $100 hold on your card when you are checking in. The TV was all green when you turned on any channel. The room was nice & clean & the water was hot in the shower. Was fine for a one night stop.
