Sleep Inn & Suites Bismarck I-94

Amazing during our road trip after nights of crappy hotels this was sooooo worth it. Space in the room, hot water the AC everything was quiet and extremely comfortable.

The rooms and bedding were comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.

Quiet and comfortable stay. The beds and pillows were decent. The only negatives were the broken ironing board, bathroom door stuck and no bathroom fan.

I love staying here. The staff is always helpful and the facility is always clean and well maintained.

I felt badly for the staff. I wasn’t greeted by a person and had to make a call just to get checked in. The employee was nice, but clearly overworked and stressed because she was all alone at peak check in time. I’m sure guests got frustrated with the lack of staff and likely take it out on her. Greedy corporation. I won’t stay there again.

This property was very quiet and the staff was very accommodating- from the lovely woman at the front desk to the room cleaners. We ended up adding another night to our visit since it was a relaxing break to our road trip.

Hot tub was out of order

We spent 1 night in the pet friendly room. It smelled. Thankfully we were transporting a dog and only needed one night in that room. We changed rooms and the second room was a great improvement. The bed was awesome. I slept so well. I'm also thankful for the guest laundry services. They have a speed queen washer!!

The property was fine. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Shower was great with lots of pressure. The complaint I have was that the WIFI was terrible. We could log on but it said no internet available. When we asked at the front desk were told if we were logged into the network there was nothing they could do. I understand this but I cannot give them a better rating because of it.

We have stayed at this hotel twice now and both times were excellent! Will definitely go back when we visit family in Bismarck!

We had a spacious, comfortable King Suite with sofa bed. I liked the throw pillows on the sofa. The room was well lit and had several places to charge. The bathroom was clean with a nice shower. The only negative was that the shower doors did not close tightly, allowing water to leak out onto the bathroom floor. We could also hear people talking as they went down the hallway. Great location near I-94, gas stations, and plenty of places to eat. Good breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed everything but the hot tub was not working , we were looking forward to using it after a long day of driving.

Ok room nothing fancy. Probably worth about 150-200 dollars. Not 300 like they charge. Expected more for that price

Overall the hotel was fine. The bathroom could use a second towel rack near the shower and one of the light bulbs on the left side of the mirror over the sink was burnt out.

Overall the hotel was extremely clean, bright and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was great in our room. The breakfast in the morning offered a good variety and was tasty. The pool and hot tub was perfect. The only issue is in the bathroom, the shower door design is poor, water would leek out all over the floor and soak the bath rug.

The hot tub was in a very hot room so was not a good experience. The room should be cooler. The wyf kept disconnecting many times so had to log in repeatedly which did not reconnect until repeated attempts Other hotels require a one time access to the network not many times a day.
