Sleep Inn & Suites Bismarck I-94

Quite a few maintenance issues and repairs needed to room, broken light fixture in bathroom, broken thermostat, malfunctioning commode. The carpeting had a film on it which felt grimy when walking barefooted. The room felt damp, like moisture was trapped in the room. Beds were extremely hard. I will not be staying here again.

Clean room and nice breakfast.

The 1st room was not clean, a King Suite. When brought up the staff didn't seem to care. We did get a new room but didn't feel too happy about the whole situation.

Overall great stay for the money. Staff was nice. Room was a little humid even with the ac but that’s to be expected with the weather that we had at the time of our stay. Would stay again if I’m ever in the area again

Perfect stop on the way to Minnesota.

The room was clean, the beds were fine. The breakfast was lukewarm and subpar.

The staff was nice and assisted if you needed additional items or help. I didn’t realize they only cleaned the room every three days… But apparently it was on a sign in the room… I still didn’t see it. The beds were uncomfortable… With one of the beds having a huge depression where it looks like someone sat there their entire life. They told me I can switch rooms, but we had everything unpacked so we just moved over to one side of the bed… Away from the portion that will make you wake up in a banana pose.

The air conditioner in our room didn't work. The breakfast was pretty gross. The pool was nice. The front desk workers were both nice. Overall it was fine but I probably would pick a different place to stay next time.
