I didn’t eat breakfast there. My family took me out to eat. For them to check my length in stay there, my room key didn’t work when I came back after shopping. I couldn’t get in. They thought I checked out. Or asked for extra day.

Pool and location and staff A little outdated

Room was clean, little bit dated. We had a homeless person pounding on our door one evening asking for a ride and other things, and then someone pounding on our door at 1am. The front desk staff was never sitting up front, so this could have been avoided if someone was sitting at the front. Wouldn't stay here again.

Great breakfast and location. We always stay here when we go to Bismarck! Staff is wonderful.

It was nice, quiet, clean. Beds were comfortable. Walking stairs.

The staff was very rude, the room was torn apart in places, I'm assuming it was paint splatter on the walls in the bathroom, although the color of splatter was nowhere in the room or the hotel that I ever saw, cracked tiles in the bathroom.

Great location

Breakfast was great, but no salsa for scrambled eggs. But enjoyed it very much. Coffee was good, but no French vanilla creamer. You know breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Only one thing, you could change up once in a while, eggs & sausage is good, but biscuits with meat gravy is better sometimes.

Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Staff was nice when seen, pool and hot tub was amazing! Kids loved it! Breakfast was good just wish it had a bit more variety or another waffle maker one maker for a family of 5 was not ideal with other trying to eat as well. Otherwise this stay was a delight!

The newly remodeled rooms are very nice.
