Hampton Inn Bismarck

It was OK over all. We will stay there again.

We had a perfect stay. The staff was helpful and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee was good and hot. No parking issues. Zero issues overall.

Clerk at front desk seemed very disinterested in us or our questions. Seemed bored at his position. Everything else was great....clean and new updates to the rooms!

The place was nice and clean and breakfast was great. We always stay at Hampton Inn as they have a great reputation for being reliable. The only complaint we had was the gentleman at the front desk. He was terrible! He was not very helpful and was not informative. You could tell he was more concerned with sitting back in his chair then helping anyone. I asked for the complimentary bag you get for being a member and he told me " They're over there". Instead of getting up and handing me one he had me get it. That's a first for us. He wasn't a mean guy or anything, just extremely lazy and no enthusiasm. Not the face you want at the check in desk.

The breakfast set up was clean and timely but the ingredient quality was lacking; everything felt plastic-like and also the service was literally in paper plates

Nicest pet friendly Hotel we have stayed at! We only stayed for 1 night but could have stayed for a week!

The staff was kind. The room had some issues with cleanliness. The bathroom floor was dirty.

Clean We were awoken at 230 by people who had spent an hour talking outside our room. They stole a lot of our sleep which is what I paid for. After asking them to stop they very gradually stopped over the next 30 minutes after my daughter went out and asked. If the front desk person had been walking around at all they would have seen them. Also it was 4 20 year olds.

Checked in late evening and both front desk gentleman were very polity, efficient and made the process smooth and quick. Our room was clean and hotel was quiet dispute being busy. Would stay again.
