We needed to check in early as our 1 year old was in desperate need of a nap. Our room wasn’t ready for early check in but the staff changed which room we were assigned to accommodate our need.

The staff and the property location are great. Unfortunately, it’s starting to show some age. Wallpaper peeling in the bathrooms. Mildew in the corners of the shower. And they could certainly get some better towels as these are miniature and thin. Towels I would expect at a low quality hotel not a Holiday Inn express. Other than that great stay.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at the Holiday Inn Express Bismarck, ND. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The king size bed was very comfortable with two fluffy pillows. The Continental breakfast was good with quite a variety of choices. My favorite was the cinnamon rolls and the Costa Rican freshly ground beans and brewed in minutes. It is a pleasant atmosphere. I would highly recommend this hotel.
