Breakfast was great, however, paying for it as a Marriott Bonvoy member was sad. See above.

Cleanliness, staff are pleasant, shuttles to the mall! A+ We had a double Queen, beds were horrible firm for our liking , advertised as breakfast was included how ever it was not, but did have small buffet for 18.00 per person. We did not starve by any means.

Friendly staff

Our room had stained towels, there was gross stuff in the sink. We had to call to get our room cleaned. Breakfast was cold and gross by the time we got there, service was not good. Never could find anyone. Staff was not helpful but one lady.

Very friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in process quick and painless. They were well-informed and able to answer all of my questions.

Everything was excellent. Check in was friendly and easy. The room was very clean. The refrigerator could have been a little colder. Parking on the premise was very close. The flowers out front in the big pots were beautiful and very lush.

I liked my top floor room. Didn't care for the 10 minute wait to check in due to somesort of problem with the people ahead of me. No lotion and limited amenities in the room.

Everything Nothing

The breakfast was great actually, but not included and not the cheapest.Pool was really nice and few people using it, kids loved it and the hours were flexible to say the least. You should know that they systematically don't come to clean your room except once every two days. I think the parking should default be included, that was stupid -- especially because you have a lot and you need a car to get there. However, our awesome desk agent comped us the parking because it was my dad's funeral and we were taking three rooms.
