Everything was great! No hot tub

I liked my top floor room. Didn't care for the 10 minute wait to check in due to somesort of problem with the people ahead of me. No lotion and limited amenities in the room.

The breakfast was great actually, but not included and not the cheapest.Pool was really nice and few people using it, kids loved it and the hours were flexible to say the least. You should know that they systematically don't come to clean your room except once every two days. I think the parking should default be included, that was stupid -- especially because you have a lot and you need a car to get there. However, our awesome desk agent comped us the parking because it was my dad's funeral and we were taking three rooms.

The only problem was upon checking in when there was one person working and training another. While I was trying to check in, my person had to keep going back to help the trainee with whatever she was trying to do. I would have appreciated being checked in as I was next in line.

Rooms were clean enough but it was very humid in the rooms, even with A/C on blast. Front desk was okay, not particularly friendly and did not mention anything about paid parking (we saw the sign in the elevator after). Location is good, close to the Mall of America and MSP.

Great location if your plans include MOA. The staff were all great. Check-in process was quick and we were able to check in 1.5 hours early. Parking is steps away from the front door. The room was clean and well appointed.
