not worth the price

Very family friendly

One of the waterslides wasn’t working so that was a little disappointing. Pool closing at 8 for hotel guess was a little early in my opinion. Maybe let hotel guess have the pool extended to 10pm.
-
Overall great experience.

The room was nice and clea, the staffs were welcoming. And overall, my kids love it and they had fun. The water park was nice and fun
-
Had a great time. Plenty for the kids to do. Even stayed an extra night.
-
Enjoyed water park. Eating at Campfire kitchen was enjoyable and convenient. Waitress Haylee exceptionally nice.
-
Loved our stay at great wolf lodge..our kids were really happy with all the amenities and it was clean and very friendly staff
-
I had a nice stay , I fee like the parking should have been free and the pool to stay open until 9 it’s was the weekend. But overall the stay was nice.
-
look the reason i gave the hotel a negative review was you do not have the flow rider machine anymore that is the reason i booked that hotel in the first place
-
My kids enjoyed it here.
-
Would have preferred having a workout gym and a sauna and hot tub in the facility. Also an earlier time for the water park to open would have been ideal
-
Clean rooms and very close to Mall of America
-
I did not enjoy my stay at all. I drove 10 hours and to get a room with bed bugs is truly disgusting. I will never stay here again.
-
Upon arrival we were immediately helped and greeted by very friendly staff the whole place was clean and full of fun energy if we needed anything we were accommodated staff was amazing in every way nearby is the great mall of America which we walked to in approximately 15 minutes much better than finding a parking spot etc every day was full of adventures and I would definitely recommend enjoying time with your family at the great wolf lodge but be prepared to be fully worn out by the time you leave I thank all of the staff and will definitely be returning for another visit!!
-
there was a hugh fan in hallway. it ran all weekend and kept us awake 3 parts to it

First time booking there. Kids had an amazing time. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back next year.
-
The water park is the main reason to go. Our 10 year old grandson had a great time. Good time on the rope climbing also.
