Fun place for families

Great wolf did not offer any discount or return. We went there for a childs birthday and they wanted to use the water park and enjoy that as it has been a hot summer. I am disappointed that great wolf lodge didnt offer something to their guest due to this and would expect more from a franchise like them.

I didnt like that there was a parking fee. Lodging is expensive enough and than you through in extra fees like parking fees and 100.00 for each additional night that you stayed.

Property was nice but for the price I was expecting more attentions in the cost like tokens for the game room and even offer breakfast for the parties that stay on site. Overall I can say we have done it, not sure if I will do it again.

Surf pool was down and tv channels wouldn’t work when in room

I love the pool

Room was nice, but there was boogers and other things on the walls by the upper bunk bed. Found some sort of small hard object in one of the pillow cases. Got the hot honey pizza from the pizza place but it was definitely sweet chili sauce not hot honey.

Bedding for bunk beds was a bit skimpy but the kids enjoyed the cabin like environment.

It was our second time we stayed at GWL and it was okay. Getting ahold of housekeeping was tough so getting clean towels and our beds made didn’t happen. But our kids enjoyed all the activities and events throughout the day.

Not much for amenities, run down and overpriced. Rooms were not kept up missing fixtures.

Check in is not until 4pm and the water park closes at 8pm not much time to enjoy it. We were only there one night before a 12 hour drive home so we could not use it the next day. $20 parking is insane given the cost to already stay there and there is nowhere else to park that we were of. Getting in to check in was a bit scary as we were waiting on the road to turn in because there was a traffic jam at the entrance. Part of the water park was closed off and no discount offered. Ordered one pizza from the Hungry as a Wolf and it took over 45 minutes and when I asked about it they had forgotten to make it after they had troubles with their pans… I ended up getting refunded but only after I asked. Staff were very friendly about it. Rooms are nice and I like the convenience of using your bracelet for room key and to make purchases.

Fun fun fun and helpful staff

I thought the property was impressive. Water park was great and there was a wide variety of activities. Food choices were disappointing and expensive.

Benny was incredibly welcoming at check-in and answered our questions as it was our first time visiting. Our kids loved the cabin option with the bunkbeds. Most impressive were the lifeguards and emergency response team when an adolescent needed immediate medical attention. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the attentiveness of all the lifeguards all three days and in all areas in the water park; they were very well trained in response and proactive awareness. Our family is excited to return soon!

It was everything we were looking for in a hotel waterpark.
