Place in halls and lobby extremely hot. Restaurant in place are very high priced. And could use. More seating in the arcade. Area. And better air movement. In the pool. Way too hot in the pool area also. Shouldn’t charge for parking. Pay enough for room and extra

I loved the experience and stay at the hotel

My family had an amazing time here! We stayed in a suite and it provided so much extra space for us, it was nice to be able to spread out a bit. This Great Wolf is in a great location as well, it's literally a two minute drive to the south entrance of the Mall of America. There are also restaurants and stores nearby, it was fairly easy to get around, even with the construction.

Everything is family friendly, that’s why the kids always want to comeback, the bad thing is can you add more time for waterparks open like 8am-10 pm so the kids more happier even the adults.

Very good, make sure to take an extra towel to water park. Its a cold walk back to your room haha.

Staff is very helpful and respectful. Facility is clean, but super busy. The chorine concentration in the pool was definitely super high to easily cause chest tightness after 15 minutes in the pool area, not even swimming. The arcade area is very nice.

PSA you have to pay to park at the hotel. If you only put down 1 person when booking the room even if it sleeps 6 you only get 1 wrist band for the water park.

Checkout was unnecessarily slow with a long line and no way to do it online or to just drop off your key.

This was a sad let down. Cute hotel and a great pool. Staff was very unfriendly which was off putting for a kids themed hotel?? I’ve heard it could just be my location (Minnesota GW) because my niece had a much friendlier staff at a different hotel. Guests need to know there is NO housekeeping during your stay! We did not know this.
