First time booking there. Kids had an amazing time. Very friendly staff. Will definitely be back next year.

The water park is the main reason to go. Our 10 year old grandson had a great time. Good time on the rope climbing also.

Perfect for the family. Water park was wonderful.

Water park was great but not opening until 10am and closing at 8pm limited our use. Should open water park earlier for hotel guests and later for guests only. We were there 4 days. Grandkids only used 2 days and that was limited due to other places we had to go and see. Rooms were great and beds were comfortable. Wife loved the pillows. $20.00 per day for parking was high. Grandkids had a great time. Waterpark, rock climbing wall and other activities kept them entertained

Waterpark needs maintenance and more cleaning. Room was spacious but beds felt broken and uncomfortable. Great location to the Mall of America.

This location is very understaffed. The lobby hotel kiosks were not working. 1 hour wait to check in. Some waterpark amenities were closed.

Money well spent. I understand that it's a spending place, but the staff and the rooms are 5 star 🌟. Will be back for more then one day. Water park was clean and the staff were 💯.

So much fun! Everyone had a blast. Make sure you check the pool times and plan according 👍

Wasn't impressed with the food at the restaurant by the check-in or the burger place in the Waterpark area.

It was fun but got very expensive. I understand when staying at places like this you expect to spend a good chunk of change but at every little turn you were paying for something. Especially anything kid related…and your kids will want to do everything they have to offer there! I treated myself to a glass of wine at the bar and paid $22 for a 9oz glass and if I wanted to buy the bottle it would have been $52! Spoiler alert…stop at the liquor store before you get there…the same bottle of wine at the liquor store was $12!! Our two nights, 3 days at GWL was more expensive than our 4 nights, 5 day at Wisconsin Dells! The experience was fun but we won’t be going back any time soon.

This vacation topped our family vacations so far. Everything was so fun and easy to do. Our room was perfect and clean. I loved how some things had different hours so we could feel like we were able to do things without missing out on others. I highly recommend family of all sizes and ages. Someone saw my wristband I hadn’t taken off yet and asked because she had been thinking but was traveling with young kids. My kids range from 5-16 and we all enjoyed it very much!

Wonderful to stay in, however be prepared for a high energy, buzzing atmosphere with zero “chill” areas. Definitely for an action packed family outing!

This is a very busy and cluttered hotel. My reservation was difficult to find and the pre- check in didn't work.

The having to pay for parking as a guest is ridiculous. As a guest you shouldn't have to pay for parking. Other than that it's a good place. I feel you spend so much money in the resort why all for more money
