Everything was good except for the refrigerator stuffed. In a cupboard, and you could not open the refrigerator door cos.It rubbed on the cupboard, and you could see where it's rubbed for a long time

We love this hotel and use it every time we are in Minneapolis. Clean, beautiful, and easy access to the airport & Mall of America. No free breakfast but for the low price we paid, we could afford to get breakfast elsewhere or pay for breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. Can't wait to come back again.

Our 1st room had a strong cigarette smoke smell. We got a new room no issues.

We had a clean room and easy checkin. Staff was polite. We were disappointed to have the airport shuttle available. While we know maintenance is important, no accommodations were made to offset the lack of a shuttle to airport.
