Hotel front desk employees were not very pleasant to deal with. Rooms need to be updated and heater did not work well. They also didn't have a shuttle one morning from -5am-6am.

Close to the airport, clean with bar and restaurant I booked to use the shuttle to the airport and it was booked.

So convenient to have the on site restaurant. Head server, Lillia was wonderful! So friendly, helpful and efficient. Thank you!

Want to be close to the airport or light rail, strategic location. Close to MOA too.

Waited over half an hour for shuttle to pick up from airport on arrival. On departure, told to be ready and waiting for the shuttle 10 minutes before departure for the airport because it would leave promptly. Ended up waiting 10 minutes after scheduled departure. Fortunately, there was no traffic and it only took 8 minutes to get tot eh airport.

The room I was in was pretty stinky. It smelled like cats and had an odd odor.

Clean and staff was very courteous! The van drivers were also very helpful and gave great info about the area (things to see, airport info)

The parking lot was under construction and blocked off and inconvenient. Yet, they still charged $15 per day for parking.

They also charge for WiFi if you aren’t a member of their exclusive club. I find that to be very stingy of them. Many of the amenities are like that, including parking, their breakfast and the bottles of water laid out in the room. The water didn’t bother me and I chose not to pay for breakfast, but I thought the WiFi was squeezing every penny from their guests a bit too far. When I go back to Minneapolis, I’ll choose a different place to stay.

Excellent accommodations…very comfortable sleeping…on time transportation from and to the airport.

Check in was smooth. Staff was super friendly. Reminder that there is a parking fee for 15.00 plus tax, which you can scan qr code at front desk to pay. Love that it was close to MOA. Room was clean although the bed could've been made a little better. When we arrived, the fitted sheet (bottom sheet) seemed way to small for the mattress, so it was coming off the bed. We tried to push the fitted sheet down so that it would cover the mattress, but it was way too small, so we left it as is. Also the brown skirt used on bottom mattress was all messed up. Some corners, the skirt was rising up and not nicely put together. It was nice that there was a bar and breakfast available, however we did not have time to try them out this time. Overall, this was still a nice place and staff was friendly. Price and location is great as well. I'd still give it a 5 star, but housekeeping could improve a little.

The hotel itself was nice but didn't like the fact that you have to pay to park. I must of not seen it when I made the reservation.

It's an older property, adjusted expectations. still has bathtub instead of walk-in shower. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is okay but not what I've experienced in other Hilton Garden Inns. Day 2 we went elsewhere for this.
