Staff was friendly and helpful. The facility is modern and everything was clean. The room was comfortable with plenty of places to plug in devices and charge them.

Clean, comfy and close to the Mall of America. Parking is $15 per night, even for overnight guests.

I had a great stay. The hotel was very clean, and my room was spotless when I arrived. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well maintained. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place.

Room was good clean, just a little dirt in the bathroom door but it was ok for me. Spacious Room, property was nice up to date. Breakfast can improve a little but it was OK, I brought my own things extra to have upgrade my breakfasts. Great location, close to almost everything.

There was urine smell in the room. Carpet was not clean. Comforters were not clean.

The area is close to the mall and other places to do things around the city. The shuttle service is free and very helpful as well

The shuttle driver was with the desk clerk when I checked in at 1:30 am. The shuttle driver made fun of my last name when I gave it to the clerk and I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. Not professional or considerate at all. I will not stay at this location again.

Very kid friendly, please know this place is by the hwy so you will hear cars. The shuttle take and pick you up from the mall. Totally awesome, they have taken care of this facility! Will stay again
