Holiday Inn Express & Suites Mall of America - MSP Airport by IHG

Missed breakfast because of it.

I thought the comfortable bed and pillows equal to the included breakfast which made our stay enjoyable.

A good place, just had a smell coming from seat and the washroom edges need cleaning but overall it was nice.

With the exception of the screaming, jumping child above us until 11:30pm, the room was clean, and very comfortable otherwise. Your staff was friendly, thoughtful, very helpful and assisted us in our questions. Your shuttle drivers were exceedingly accommodating to our needs which was greatly appreciated.

Our room was not ready upon arrival, had to wait 2 hours, was then told room was still not ready for another 30mins, spoke with a manager who got is into a room right away. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor and into the room. The room was not fully cleaned, had opened chip bags underneath the pull out sofa, stains on one of the chairs, tape all over one of the walls. When housekeeping cleaned our room, they did not leave toilet paper rolls, seeing that there was only one almost done roll in the bathroom. There were also multiple ants in the women’s bathroom on the main floor. One lady working the front desk was not nice to us and she needs to be trained on customer service. We have never had any issues or complaints at any Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hotels until this stay.

Very good stay. Staff was great.

The shower in my first room was broken, so I asked to switch rooms; however, when I complained that the vent in the new room was dirty and noisy, the front desk called me at night and told me to leave if I complained again. I wanted to leave, but it was late at night and doing so would have ruined the family gathering. It was a truly absurd and infuriating experience—the absolute worst. That is why I felt compelled to leave this review.

Very clean room , yummy free breakfast

Close to airport and easy parking.

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet.

The coffee in the lobby is great, love this amenity! The first morning breakfast was great, subsequent mornings not so much! It is a busy hotel, but we got up to go to breakfast before it ended and apparently it is not replenished until the end, only until a certain point “it’s gone it gone?” In general, the hotel was clean… the shower and bathroom could have been cleaned but was clearly given a quick wipe down. However the pool, I’ve never seen so much hair in a pool! Gobs and gobs of hair floating around and on the bottom of the pool. Not sure of the filters are clogged but my young kids were sufficiently grossed out!

Super convenient and comfortable. A perfect stay.

Clean, nice complimentary breakfast, staff was always helpful and accommodating, free shuttle serve for Mall and airport was a great addition.

Shuttle service to and fro to the airport and Mall of America made it really convenient!

The rooms in which we stayed were very clean and comfortable. The hotel was also very clean, the breakfast well supplied, and staff was friendly. The beds were very comfortable.
