The staff was excellent both at checkin and with arranging a shuttle to the airport. The buffet breakfast was fresh with an amazing selection of items.

Very happy with our stay. Clean and well maintained. Everyone on the staff was friendly. Shuttle service was great, on time, driver exceptional, close to airport. Outback restaurant right next door. We didn’t have breakfast because we were leaving too early.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, very clean rooms. Breakfast in the morning had a wide variety of options and was well stocked. Also shuttle from airport was quick and easy.

Friendly staff upon check-in. Room wasn’t 100% spotless, but felt a lot cleaner than other places that I have stayed at. Just a couple spots here and there, but didn’t feel gross. One of the beds frames was a bit busted and there is these large metal pieces sticking out that you could hit your leg on, but other than that, the bed was comfortable/clean and the room was quiet. They have a 24/7 shuttle to the airport, which is fantastic and the driver was really great. You have to book it upon check-in and it doesn’t cost anything extra but when I went to the shuttle, the driver knew to wait for me but the front desk person didn’t have a record of my booking. Overall, I would stay here again.

We love it that it is an excellent dependably nice location with a "Park & Fly" option in a gated lot with shuttle service to and from airport! We have used this hotel for years and been pleased!

Restocking of Kleenex, soap etc could have been better. Staff were all great. Nice to have the shuttle available to go to and from airport and Mall of America, where the train/bus station is located. Every shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful. Never had to wait long for a ride. Breakfast was the usual but always a nice option. Coffee and tea were always available.

Decent hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything was pretty much as expected. Nothing overly fancy, but it was a good place to stay and I would consider staying here again.

Very busy but convenient near airport

BUT. Getting to that room was inconceivably difficult. Before departing on our trip, I used the hotel message line to inquire about how best to use the airport shuttle. No response. A few days later, tried again. Again, no response. From the airport, I called and was unable to get anyone to answer the phone. However, the phone greeting instructed the guest to use an online scheduling system. It did not work on my Android phone. 20 minutes later, I called again. Again, no response. We were able to successfully use my wife's iPhone to schedule a shuttle. Once at the hotel there was only one gal to check us in. We had to wait 20 minutes which included the desk clerk allowing another guest to butt in line. When we finally reached the desk, I asked why no one would answer the phone. I suspect there could have been good reasons but the clerk just stared at me. No response.
