Easy to reach location. Clean Breakfast fell short on options for breakfast. Waffles or cereal. Not well insulated to noise. Heard people in the next room, people in the hallways.

Close to airport Way to expensive for simple standard and simple service

The room was spacious and had everything that we needed for two days. The lamps didn't always work or didn't have switches to turn them on or off. Towels were very thin and flimsy. Need better soap in the bathroom. Could allow for adult swim after the pool closes at 10pm. Alot of children in the pool during the day. Someone was bouncing a ball on the floor in the room above us at 7 am until 11am when we left. (annoying)

Nothing really First room smelt like smoke. Stairways reeked of cigarette and weed. Very loud. Cold pool. Male employee staring at me through pool window. Very uncomfortable. Place looked like it could use a thorough cleaning. Dog jumping on my son whom is in a cast on the elevator. Very disappointing breakfast option. Sour juice. Yellow oranges.

At first, I liked it very very much Couple last days I was treated like crap. The room smelled like fumes. I now have rashes all over my body because of the sheets not being changed in the mold that is in currently 342 223.

This hotel is more of a motel rating, than a hotel - aligns more to a Super 8, Econo, Days Inn, Motel 6 class of motels. Like 1-2 ⭐️

It was spacious, neat and clean The water force in the shower was very low, otherwise everything was great!

It was hard to find the main entrance but once we were established we were very comfortable. The main entrance was oddly located.

Not much Said I did not have my reservation and that they were full. Made them look again and it had my first name and last name backward. Had to pay to park. Breakfast area was filthy and zero fruit and zero juice. Minimal.

The room was very clean The whole place smells of marijuana. The night clerk checking us in was definitely on something. The breakfast was just waffles or cereal, nothing else at all. They should just make it a continental breakfast.

It smelled like mold doors was not sercurd time was dirty. It’s a fraud need to update photos on line

Location only! I liked that the location was close to airport and Mall of America. There is also a Walmart right next to it. Breakfast was a disgrace. The quality inn promises to give you warm and healthy breakfast. Nothing in the breakfast served was warm, besides the coffee that tasted old and watery. The breakfast options were stale cereal, yogurt, milk and overly processed muffins with no ingredient information and juice. The hallway smelled like weed, rooms were dark and dingy. Balcony windows did not open. There will be also parking fee $10 per night.

Tried to check in and the front desk lady couldn't find our booking. When she found it she decided to cancel my booking while she was on the phone with the booking.com customer service. She was very rude and my family and I were left stranded without a place to stay. I will never again try to book with this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was friendly and breakfast was tasty. We got a good value for our money for our short stay. The location near major highways and the MOA was really convenient. The room had a slight musty odor near the mini-fridge and air conditioning. The armrests on the couch were a little damp, like it had been recently cleaned but hadn't fully dried.
