It was a place to stay for a pit stop just to get some rest. I WOULD NOT recommend staying here, for any period of time at that matter. Rooms dirty extremely humid and musky. The continental breakfast was Fruit Loops, bagels, and frozen muffins. The coffee was even horrible. Also save yourself the trauma and don’t lift the sheets up off the bed. My kids were playing around and the sheets came off and I was not pleased to know we slept on those beds.

I would never stay at this hotel. First off when I booked the property there was nothing mentioned with fees but when you arrive there is a sign with a hidden fee. You will get it back after 7-10 after check out. Breakfast sucked. There was a weird wall mirror in the room we stayed in. Stains on the linen. Beds were not comfortable at all! Also both of us woke up with sinus congestion, sore throats, itchy, and rashy. We could not get out fast enough!

Nice clean hotel close to Mall of America
-
Across the street there's a Walmart, open until 9 or 10pm and the hotel is a 5-minute drive from the largest mall in the USA, Mall of America.

Room was basic, but I got what I paid for. Housekeeping did clean the room, which hardly ever happens at any of the larger hotels. Breakfast was abysmal with no protein options (two types of cereal, eggs to heat up in the microwave, sad looking mini muffins). Front staff when checking out was rude and unhelpful.

it's super convenient because it's really close to the airport

We reserved a standard room and were placed in a suite instead. The suite had cabinets that were completely empty in terms of providing dishes, utensils, etc. The pull out bed had no linens provided. When we did pull the bed out it had blood stains on it. The number of bathroom towels provided were minimal. The person that greeted us at the counter was annoyed with questions about the reservation. I stated I did not reserve a suite. His response was "well it's paid for so there is nothing I can do". Rechecking my reservation I did confirm it was for a standard room. Overall the experience was not positive.

Fridge didn’t work and leaked water from freezer compartment. Bathroom faucet fixture was loose. Found toothpick in bed which suggests sheets may not have been changed. Room and rest of building interior were very worn and lots of damage. Generally just a very low quality hotel. Would never recommend to anyone.

Staff not friendly, food poor refrig on floor, to charge phone or plug in CPAP on the floor to reach plug in. Truly not impressed by any means

Room temperature, it was 78 degrees when I arrived, i turned on the air conditioning, andcit took four hours to getbit down to 74 degrees , i went for coffee at 7:45 am, they were out, waited 20 minutes for fresh coffee.

Our room was very neat and clean. It was also very quiet there.
-
Room was tidy and properly-arranged. Building is standing right in front of Walmart Supercenter. It is a non-smoking zone which makes it ideal for those who have baby/kids with them.
-
Certain Staff was rude as hell, my room (and probably no room) didn't have a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer didn't work, only one light in the room was working (Horrible lighting), room(s) strongly smelled of mildew, etc. It was a horrible experience for me. I will never stay again. Oh, did I mention I work for "GOOGLE"?? Just imagine the review Im gonna do for this here!!!

They property was ok! Room was dingy and service was just ok
-
Location and room size. Bed not comfortable, pillows lumpy

When I complained about this, the response was some kind of gibberish about a "PNK1" room, which had NOT been defined in the listing, but evidently doesn't make much accommodation for bathtubs, We were also told that coffee-makers are not standard equipment in our PNK1 rook, even though we'd found evidence of one there recently. I won't be staying here for future trips to the Twin Cities. Also, this has given me a bad feeling about staying at any Microtel in the future.

Good spot to sleep for a night. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was a little disappointing - just toast, bagel or cereal.
-
Old, small, out of date. Definitely not as advertised. The only reason I’m giving it a two thumbs down is because I don’t have three thumbs.
-
I’m glad it was just for one night, the beds were very soft (too soft) you get what you pay for…
