Staff was so polite and kind ! Property was clean and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

It was a terrible experience we didn't even stay we checked in moved to a different room because the first one had a really bad smell which was no better

We could use the TV because someone changed the input but the remote in the room couldn't change it and the stuff had no idea how to fixed it. We couldn't get the wifi to work either.

Room was clean, very quiet. First room we had the AC didn't work, but the staff was very accommodating and got us moved right away. The bathrooms were a little old, but clean and I like the dove soaps.

Fine for the money. Wouldn't stay again.

Some staff unprofessional would deliberately lock the door upon exiting for there enjoyment Rude staff, no microwave or fridge in room would be a game changer

Our room didn’t have a smoke detector. The wiring was hanging out the wall. The hot tub needs maintenance. The staff was great. It smelled in the hallways but the room was clean.

The hotel is clean and improving. However, it is dated and worn.

My room was on the 1st floor. But there were no sheer curtains to pull for privacy. I had to close the heavy curtains which made the room unpleasantly dark.

Arrive at 3 am due to a late flight and was in our room within 5 minutes. Clean and quiet. Would stay again.

The location was excellent for us as we didn't rent a car and several bus stops are close by. A regular room does not have a fridge or microwave. Not even a mini fridge.

Check in at about 4 o’clock was exceptional. The gentleman answered all questions gave me good advice got my room set up. Everything was great. I was expecting the rest of my family to arrive at 11:30 at night. Had arranged for this in advance. The night staff was just the opposite of the afternoon staff. Wouldn’t let my son into the hotel through the glass door. Wouldn’t give him the key that was explicitly requested on the sign in. Had to call me at 11 o’clock at night to verify not what we requested. We would not go back.
