I like the breakfast and how to serve it so good to stay there!
-
Breakfast was enjoyable best continental breakfast that we have had
-
The rooms were clean and the breakfast was excellent.

Repair and maintenance seem to be an issue. Several wall mounted items in our room and around the hotel (men’s main floor bathroom panels) are practically falling off the wall because they weren’t installed properly into a stud or with a drywall toggle bolt. So maintenance is lacking. Our sheets were stained and they didn’t replace them after we asked for new bedding. The mattress was terrible and lumpy and I got a severe muscle cramp and back pain from sleeping on it. The best part of the stay was the breakfast. It was fantastic with lots of variety. It’s why I may consider staying at other embassy suites in the future. Parking was $12/night.

The room was clean, but parts were outdated. The parking was easy. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic!

Very good breakfast and happy hour in afternoon was great. Property needs some repair toilet was loose and bathroom door falling apart.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This was not a minor inconvenience. The room was unsanitary, the customer service was unacceptable, and my family's stay was completely ruined. I should not have to fight for a refund when the hotel you advertise failed to provide even the most basic standards of cleanliness and safety. The issues we experienced include: When I turned down the bed around 10:00 p.m., I found bodily fluids and pubic hair in the bedding. I have photographs documenting this. The room telephone did not work, creating a legitimate safety concern in the event of an emergency. The front desk refused to move us to another room despite the unsanitary conditions. Housekeeping did not remake the bed. Instead, they simply handed us clean sheets and expected us to change the bed ourselves. The towels provided were stained. The bathroom was filthy. I have photographs documenting its condition. This experience is completely unacceptable and falls far below the standards any reasonable customer should expect from a hotel booked

Love the breakfast and they remodeled recently, the rooms are always very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.
-
Good place to stay. Breakfast was good and the happy hour in the evening was a great show of hospitality
-
Despite its recent renovation, it still feels dated compared to the MSP Embassy Suites.
-
Overall would recommend to others if sound issue is not a factor for families with young children. We really enjoyed their breakfast served hot every morning.
-
Only challenge was that Hilton's national booking system was down for hours and they had no backup system to get into our room.
-
I love it - however - the Chicago Embassy’s are a little bigger - that’s the only complaint I have
-
Great stay me and my family loved it

Housekeeping came while getting ready said they come back around and never did come clen. Returned around 6pm and the room was not cleaned went to front desk about it said they would send some up right away. Left again came back around 9pm and the room still was not cleaned the just put some clean towels on the table. Water was leaking from the light in the bathroom maintenance didn't show up.
-
Love the open sorting for visiting and happy hour. The staff was so kind too
-
Struggles with the staff who was giving my wife a hard time checking. I felt it was in called for and questioned the basis of it.
-
Great breakfast! Will definitely consider this hotel again when we visit the area
-
This hotel was very nice the food was amazing and the rooms where well maintained staff wasn't the nicest but I'd definitely come back
