There is a charge fir parking which was surprising since this is in the Suburbs. The pool is nice, but not heated. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast good and fresh, and the evening reception delicious.

Check-in individual lectured me about not being a Hilton member and using a third party to book the room. Went to the on-site restaurant and waited 1.5 hours for order. Bartender kept coming back to our table to ask if we wanted a menu and to order even after already ordered with her. No shuttle to the mall. Then they charged me an additional $24 to park in the lot. Where was I supposed to park the vehicle? I already paid $300 to stay in a room. Ridiculous! Will never stay here again.

Breakfast was great Cleaning people entered our room when we were at breakfast (we had not checked out) and started cleaning our room. Our jackets and other items were taken and we were not able to use the room. Staff at the desk were dismissive and didn’t even offer an apology.

The size of the rooms and having the front sitting area is a nice lounging spot. The breakfast buffet and omelet station was wonderful. The bed was slightly uncomfortable.
