The breakfast has worsened since previous stays. less selection and quality. The plant based sausage instead of the real thing for example. The room was 63 degrees upon arrival. I actually had to use heat to bring it up in a timely fashion. Also I was not warned about the parking fee, or the plethora of fees from Bloomington. All that said, I might return.....you have a great location.

Meh. I chose this property due to its excellent ratings. It was fine, but kind of run down and in a very commercial part of town. The staff, however, was very friendly and helpful.

This is by far my favorite hotel. We travel a fair amount, and this is just a place to stay man. The rooms are exceptionally clean. Clean seriously, seriously clean. Tell us that is the most important thing There's really nothing to complain about. The water pressure wasn't the greatest but it was so clean. It doesn't matter

by the shuttle service. Also was not informed there was a charge to park in a garage that is shared by other stores for free

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they let us in to our room before check in time. The shuttle service was amazing.

Convenience to activities, and Airport shuttle Room had a slight smell when air conditioning off

Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was small and all ‘hot’ items were cold, not fresh. Had to pay $10 for parking pass which I wasn’t aware of. For the price we expected better.

The property is nothing like you see on the website. The other location near Mall of America is excellent. This location was poor at best. The room was just okay with many little things that looked worn out or dated. It felt like we were in a drive-in motel. Our TV did not work at first and it took a while to figure out why that was. The breakfast was not great at all. They were out of many of the food options when we were there and staff didn't particularly seem to care or notice. We will not stay at this location again. Overall it was not worth the money we spent.

No breakfast before 7

Beware bed bugs. I've stayed here 2x before for business, totally fine. This trip was very unfortunate. I woke up my 2nd morning with a line of bites on my upper leg, very itchy. It was evident it was bug or two in the bed based on the row of bites. I told the front desk staff about it to ensure it was addressed. After arriving back home, the bites became much worse, very irritated, infected. It's been 3 weeks and I still have a big line of bites healing on my leg. Not good!

I have stayed here many times. May gave to look elsewhere $250 per night is too much

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed being here with my family. Wasn't crowded, staff was incredibly helpful, it was comfortable. Awesome time in this Home2

The housekeeping staff was fantastic. The shuttle was a plus, as it assisted us in getting a rental car. Breakfast staff We’re friendly and accommodating. The property was clean The reception staff were less than professional. The quality of the toilet tissue and paper towels was sub- standard. We were charged $10. Per day for parking. It’s a shared parking lot with stores and restaurants.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The property well maintained. The breakfast was good. There is a very good store attached through the underground parking deck. But, there was a humming sound from the air filtration system that could not be shut off. I finally bought some ear plugs to drown it out. The bed is firm and comfortable but the pillows...well very squishy and unsupportive and they hurt my neck. So, I went out and bought some as we were staying several days.
