Reviews

The room they gave us had a wet carpet, a lot of humidity, and smelled very bad. It was very uncomfortable and unacceptable.
-
Unfriendly staff. The check in times were different than the app stated
-
I expect a little more from a Marriott brand. All of the lights in our room were bright white, the pillows were lumpy, and the shower curtain bar was sagging so we couldn’t close the curtain all of the way.
-
The staff were responsive and helpful. But for the cost, the hotel was not up to par.
-
Good location and friendly staff. The room could have been cleaner and the bed was not very good.

I booked this hotel for a 5-night stay, and it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. Upon arrival, the bathtub was dirty, and since we arrived late and my daughters needed to shower, I had to clean it myself. The next day, no one came to service our room. We assumed housekeeping might come every other day, but after speaking with a housekeeper, we were told we needed to request service through the front desk. My husband did exactly that and was assured the room would be cleaned. When we returned that evening, nothing had been done and there were no fresh towels. The following day, my husband went back to the front desk and again requested housekeeping. Once again, we were told it would be taken care of. When we returned that night, the room was still untouched. We eventually ran low on towels, toilet paper, and body soap, and my husband had to go downstairs to get supplies himself. By the end of our 5-night stay, housekeeping never cleaned our room or restocked basic necessities despite multiple requests. We visit Minnesota every year with several volleyball teams, but we will never stay at this property again. Guests should not have to clean their own bathroom or repeatedly chase down basic supplies. I would not recommend this hotel to out volleyball teams or to anyone.

They charge an additional $10 for parking

It took a long time to check in, the front desk person kept leaving while helping another guest, the other front desk person was on their cell phone in the back. It was hot in the lobby and hallways, the room was nice and very clean. The bar/restaurant was closed one of the nights. The luggage cart was broken, the wheel bent. The hotel overall felt a little run down, and chaotic, and loud.

Nice room, clean, efficient, good staff
-
No issues with my stay. Staff was friendly also had good amenities. Close to alot of things to eat and go do. Will stay there again in the future.
-
Signed up for airport shuttle & left a phone number, arrived to the lobby at required time, shuttle had left. Did call an Uber but inconvenient & anxiety provoking. Room - 1 out of 2 lights over sink burnt out. Deadbolt didn't work.
-
The airport shuttle service is excellent.
-
Todo estuvo muy bien, sólo que el desayuno se tiene que pagar.
-
Always a pleasant stay here. Great location
-
Very nice hotel enjoyed my stay beds were comfortable
-
Clean room and great staff.

The property was well maintained, it’s right off a major highway, and close proximity to local businesses for entertainment. The staff were friendly all around. We were delighted with a clean room, bathroom, and working A/C. Swimming pool & hot tub was put into good use and they provide towels. Overall, we had a good experience.
-
Close to the highway and you couldn't hear the highway from the location. Wall outlet was almost coming out of the wall while I was ironing. There were hairs on the shower wall when I get into shower.
-
Bathroom has disgusting amount of hair that no trained housekeeper would miss. Mold in tile grout. Carpet was old and ratty. Window blinds were worn and had holes. TV was nice though. This was more like an old Days Inn than a FPbS. Would not stay here again
