Super 8 by Wyndham Bloomington/Airport

Reasonable priced. Good location, close to the airport. Shuttle to airport was on time. Room was clean and quiet. Parking lot was full. We had to park further away from the hotel. However, it was free parking.

Hallway smelled like cigarettes and weed smoke, and you could hear people arguing from the elevator.

Not the best or worst. Staff unhelpful at best. Foul smelling room. Mattress with springs sprung.

The people at the front desk was really helpful helping me be able to park my car

The check in process was easy. The price was right. The airport shuttle was timely and reliable. The room decent, especially for a one-night stay before an early flight. The staff wasn't too warm. The shuttle only had one every hour in the early morning hours, so I had to take the one that got me to the airport very early due to my flight schedule.

No pool and I missed breskfast by 30minutes!

This hotels sucks!! U only stay here if must!! Almost all the rooms smells like cigarettes and cheap cologne and their breakfast options is JOKE!!

Location Freeway noise all night

Unprofessional staff. Poor communication and negative attitude regarding concerns i brought up. Write up on Expedia said had a pool and breakfast. Then hot tub. There was no pool. When asked about hot tub. Said some rooms had them but not for all guests. Breakfast was cold cereal and some bread and begals. When I asked the front desk man. His attitude was dismissive and he told me it was my fault I got what I got in their hotel. He said I should have called and asked instead of trusting Expedias website. This was the 2nd horrible experience on my weekend getaway. I was lied to by Expedias write up. I no longer trust them.

Good value, clean and good condition

It’s unfortunate that i wasn’t able to check in till 8pm it was supposed to be romantic for my husband birthday and it’s was so dysfunctional and late the bedding was stained I would like to get a refund

I got there they drive 5 hrs for them not to give me a room
