Super 8 by Wyndham Bloomington/Airport

Azmir was amazing! A one man show when we checked in Friday night, and when we checked out Saturday morning he was there running breakfast and the front desk. Very nice and customer friendly. If he’s not a manager, he should be. He made our stay great although the property is a bit run down.

Was alright for a night stay, fire alarm had a low battery chirp, ac was barely feeling like it was cooling, shower got warm and the free breakfast was an extremely basic grab and go even on a Saturday morning

Need more staff to watch the front desk and another to stock the breakfast

Short stay can not evaluate very much.

Price was good, it has smoking rooms which is very rare. The rooms where a little old, locatio is awesome

Check in was at 3:00PM got to the Hotel at 4:30PM. Got checked into a room in 300s, upon getting to the room despite it was "Ready" status on system. The door was open, once i got in the bed sheets dirty, bed was not made and there was huge black scuff marks on the wall. We immediately returned to front desk. Asif was the most understanding employee out of the stay and moved us to another room. Even though this room was cleaned better, there was nats and other small bigs roaming in the room the entire 2 night stay we got bit multiple times. Spiders in the bathroom. And what appeared to be a blood like substance on the bathroom door. Asif tried his best to help. They got the other manager involved who i cpuld tell did not care one single bit. They offered to give us our refund of $300.00 but we had t i stay due to if being summerslam weekend so all hotels were booked. Wasn't the worst stay but definitely not the best.

The keys had to be reprogrammed everyday. The door to the room wouldn't open without forcefully jerking up and then down. The toilet ran off and on nonstop. The lights wouldn't turn on without the switch by the door being up, which we didn't know when we first came in. We thought it didn't work. Overall, some maintenance would do the place some good. It was a decent hotel, but all the little things made it inconvenient.

Room was clean staff were respectful.

If you want to get a terrible experience, it is the place, manager is very rude, they don’t have breakfast and anything about customer service. There is the worst

You get what you pay for but okay for a night if you have an early flight. Does have an airport shuttle but only one shuttle that runs for two motels so plan time accordingly.

Airport shuttle was great. We didn't do breakfast so I don't have comment on that.

Rooms are clean enough, but lots of stains. For the price it does the job. Pretty quiet and comfortable beds. Parking lot is pretty sketchy. The most annoying thing was that the key cards would only work for about 20 hours then they had to be recharged.

My wife asked for extra towels and they were handed to her dirty I had no confidence in getting the wake up call, and the shuttle driver at 6 am on July 26th was falling asleep behind the wheel ~ I had to yell at him that he was weaving all over the road. Never again
