Stink and lie about the breakfast and shuttle

It was dirty and smelt bad

Everything toilet was falling apart. No breakfast. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed at. I left after one night. Could not get any money back. Had to get another hotel. I was their for a funeral.

Havingstayed at multiple La Quinta properties in over 10 locations elsewhere, I expected the standard of the accomodation- appearance, modernity, cleanliness, flexibilty of the time of arrival bearing in mind limitations of the property, road access, condition of parking lot - and was extremely disappointed at the standard of this property

Bed very, very uncomfortable, Hall carpet was filthy. One or two ice machines didn’t work, wallpaper coming off in multiple places. This is minor, but the TP was as thin as I’ve ever seen. Hall sign says free breakfast, but no. No restroom on main floor

The hotel is very old and run down , none of the amenities were there, no tv no WiFi no breakfast , the showers didn’t work properly, there’s a $50 charge for towels , the staff there is very rude. Very slow refund for the deposit!

Bad front desk. To me it was a 1 star hotel.

Security was horrible, there was a homeless person sleeping in the hall way. Everything in the room was broke. No breakfast was given. This place doesn't even have a microwave

The staff was good and the room was sufficient, but everything from the carpet in the hallways to the caulking and the finish in the bathroom was in need of maintenance. This didn’t affect our stay or quality of sleep, which was fine, but it will probably affect future stays at this chain.

This place needs an absolute overhaul. I’m embarrassed to say a stayed here.

The hallway walls had holes in them. Parking lot had more potholes than smooth areas. The shower curtain rod was bent, so the curtain fell to the middle from both sides making lots of water end up on the bathroom floor

The room was clean

Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. This place should be closed down. Water damage everywhere. Toilet and towel racks falling off wall. Filthy bathroom and shower with ants. Smells like moldy piss. Carpet in halls was lose, torn and filthy. Walls and ceiling are falling in. Im probably reporting this place to the city.

Needs to be renovated. No hotel shuttle yet its advetised, no breakfast yet its advertised, no house keeping.

The place was dirty and very unkempt. The carpeting in the halls were stained and had bleach marks, plus wasn't even tacked down in a lot of areas. There was a room that was missing the number outside of it so someone wrote the number in the hole where it was with pen and made a design. The walls and ceiling were also in bad shape in the halls and in the room. The floors in our room were also dirty. It also advertised breakfast on the website but had a note taped up saying it was unavailable

We have stayed at better La Quintas. This one was no where near what we were expecting. The parking lot had weeds. They did not service our room. The towel racks were hanging off the wall by one screw. They left split coffee on the stairs with a sign over night. It was still there in the morning. There was no coffee or breakfast bar. No one cared about the facilities or service at all.

Lobby had tertible urine smell. Bathrooms at lobby were out of order. Carpet in hallway was dirty and loose causing trip hazards. Room had wallpaper peeling off walls. Floors were dirty with lots of dead bugs. Toliet seat made of plastic was bubbled up and unconfortable. Bedding has crumbs all over sheets and mattress. Cancelled my npn refundable room to stay elsewhere.
