Suburban Studios Minneapolis Bloomington

Roaches and no one ever came and cleaned the room. Mold everywhere

Kids

Location on the weekends with the bus schedules was not ideal, just felt too far from downtown, room had dirty spots and the bathroom was really poor.

Everything

Room was dirty, did not get the right amount of beds I booked, no soap, had to ask for a pillow and they never brought it to the room, had to go get it and then request a pillow case. Microwave had a paper plate in it for the glass tray, no outlets by bed

Room was very nice. Staff was friendly. Freezer was filthy. Nice to have a kitchenette but never had one at a hotel with no glasses, dishes, pans, utensils etc. I was smart enough to bring a pan but it wouldn’t work with the induction stovetop. It’s very conveniently located. Near the Mall of America with tons of stores nearby. It was very easy to get back from St. Paul every night with little to no traffic. Toilet barely worked…couldn’t get it to flush toilet paper or completely empty. The price was very low so it’s hard to complain too much.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I stayed 1 night and demanded my money back and left. There room was dirty and we saw a roach and left

Reserved a handicap room, but did not get one.

Everything was hood

I have no complaints

Only have me 2 towels for a king size bed not the most comfy bed, heater/air conditioner was very loud was very challenging to fall asleep, didn't have a drain stopper so I could bath.

Cleanliness

Bad

Very good

A mountain dew can left behind shampooer used. What a joke

Lots

very nice welcoming staff

The bed bugs, the fact they've been renovating for over a year, keeping infested mattresses in the building as well as in the full dumpsters outside .... The list goes on.
