Very friendly people

Clean, comfortable. Room next to me had kids partying. I was down at the front desk at 1am begging them to put an end to it. Called again and the partying ended by 2:30am. Very disappointed in the stay, barely got any sleep. Reported the incident and received NO apology or response from this incident. Disappointed and will not return.

Clean, comfortable. Housekeeping walked in on me through a do not disturb sign as I was in bed. I asked for a manager to report it and was told they would be back in a few days..

Walking distance to shopping and a Trader Joes!!! Pool area was loud with a late night party!!

The rooms were clean and similar to the pictures online. The hotel staff member Sunday morning for checkout was very amazing, so welcoming and pleasant. We had 2 guests of our party check in a little earlier than the rest and the first staff member on Friday afternoon was not very pleasant or welcoming. Saturday night we left Edina early to have a night at the hotel bar which closed at least 30 minutes early and the bartender was actually out back on the patio drinking with friends. Very frustrating experience. Also, I understand $5 a day per vehicle for parking isn't a lot but seems unnecessary when the parking lot is huge and nothing else is around it.

Housekeeping did not provide any additional coffee making items for a 3 day stay. They also did not clean counters nor bathroom floors. It was OK, but not great

We had a nice stay at this hotel. There is nothing of interest to see around this location. Hotel is very comfortable and staff is very friendly.

Nice place, don’t put a well worn shabby sofa in a room. Better to have no extra furniture.

The morning of my departure, I called the front desk to ask about the shuttle service. The person answering the phone was rather rude and curt.
