Courtyard by Marriott Edina Bloomington

The television didn't work when we arrived. Maintenance came up and fixed it but in the morning it wasn't working again. We left word at the desk and were assured it would be repaired by our return. No it was not. There was hair in the shower. They were very stingy with the towels. Spoke with the general manager at checkout, who apologized and will be making things right. If your hotel is BUSY maybe your attention should be there even though it's the weekend.

Clean, well located, quiet, easy parking. Stayed for a Lynx game and it was an easy drive downtown for the game. Many shopping and eating places near. Well equipped workout room with cardio and free weights.

Not the hotels fault but definitely made our stay less enjoyable

Carpet was stained and a/c was old and didn’t work well. Staff changed our rooms and it got much better. Check in was basically silent, the staff member didn’t speak to us and sent us to ur room. Staff member that changed our room was amazing and engaging

We have gotten used to complimentary breakfasts, especially when traveling with kids. We stayed here to be with others and were disappointed in the AM breakfast situation, Also, the construction zone is awful.

We had to take the salaries down to the lobby. We were told the power would be out for hours!!! We packed and left! The hotel REFUSED to Refund my money! I had to call my credit card to refuse the charge! Horrible management Avoid this hotel

The rooms were clean and similar to the pictures online. The hotel staff member Sunday morning for checkout was very amazing, so welcoming and pleasant. We had 2 guests of our party check in a little earlier than the rest and the first staff member on Friday afternoon was not very pleasant or welcoming. Saturday night we left Edina early to have a night at the hotel bar which closed at least 30 minutes early and the bartender was actually out back on the patio drinking with friends. Very frustrating experience. Also, I understand $5 a day per vehicle for parking isn't a lot but seems unnecessary when the parking lot is huge and nothing else is around it.

Very nice place!

Housekeeping did not provide any additional coffee making items for a 3 day stay. They also did not clean counters nor bathroom floors. It was OK, but not great

We had a nice stay at this hotel. There is nothing of interest to see around this location. Hotel is very comfortable and staff is very friendly.

Nice place, don’t put a well worn shabby sofa in a room. Better to have no extra furniture.
