Solid, affordable hotel. They don’t charge for parking but will charge for breakfast.

Room was great. Comfortable bed. It was pretty small being 2 queen beds. Not much room at all outside of that. Staff was very pleasant but was missing a lot from front desk with people waiting. The breakfast being an extra fee everyday is diabolical. there were less options available than any other hotel with free breakfast.

I booked a room at this location near the MSP airport thinking that I would get to utilize the airport shuttle service they offer. I was advised that it was for the Park n Fly guests only even though the shuttle was going to my terminal and the shuttle was not full. I had to get picked up from the airport late night and returned to the airport mid morning. It cost me an additional $80+ for Lyft transportation back and forth.

Room could use some tender loving care. Walls had lots of stains and the room was missing racks or hooks to hang up the towels.

The room was comfy and had everything I needed!!

I booked this hotel for the pool and jacuzzi. Both were out of order during the stay which was very disappointing. Guests should know this before they check in and pay. I have a card for a $100 deposit, with the fri t desk saying I will get it back on immediate checkout. That was my gas money to get home. When I checked out, I was then told that it will be up to 10 days to get the money back. They lied! Breakfast was good. The elevator consistently had water all over the floor which was interesting due to no pool or hot tub being able to be used. All in all it was a very disappointing stay and I will not be returning to this hotel ever.

We went for a concert and the staff was very helpful in giving recommendations. Very clean rooms as well!

We didn’t have power in the morning, which lead to no A/C nor hot water.

The room was in rough condition the bathroom door barely closed the toilet didn't flush properly and the hallway was covered in stains on the 2nd floor. The stairs also smelled like urine.

Room was exceptionally clean. Staff courteous, professional and kind. Overall great one night stay before heading to the airport.

It was perfect and met all my needs.

My first stay at this Holiday Inn. Front Desk Staff were awesome. The room was very comfortable and clean. I will stay at this property again.

The Staff is amazing, always welcome you with a smile, they are polite and professional.

Nothing about this was good. Dirty sheets, dirty towels bugs all over the place. This was terrible. We booked two nights and only stayed one and overpaid for an emergency second room at another hotel

I love their fresh cooked breakfast.

Starting to show its age and in need of tlc. Staff helpful and courtious. Rooms and bathroom are small. Great location.
