Great location a bit away from Bloomington MMall. We had our dog and there were green areas to walk him. Nice lobby and spacious room.

The only eye sore was the parking lot (came through the back of the lot) it’s in need of repair & doesn’t do justice for the lovely interior.

We evacuated because false/faulty alarms went off throughout the night- we stopped leaving the hotel after evacuating twice and just slept with pillows over our heads. Alarms went off several more times that night. Room wouldn't not go cooler than 70-71.

Front desk staff is fantastic, however when I checked in I did not get the room I had prepaid for. My room was not cleaned during my stay hence the front desk moved me to yet another room. I was moved to 3 different rooms for a 2 night stay.

Two suggestions - the comforter on bed is nice but you need a separate sheet too. Many people don’t want a comforter on because of the weight and that’s the only blanket. Ate dinner from Lela’s and had butternut squash ravioli. It had zero flavor in the sauce which was disappointing for the price and was surprised because restaurant reviews were all good online.

Our chihuahuas love the place, and having a clean, grassy area to walk and do business on. We love the location, and the morning coffee in the club room.

No bar or light lunch or dinner, no breakfast provided. No micro in room. Bathroom was poorly lit. Better hotels in area for same money.
