Staybridge Suites Minneapolis-Bloomington by IHG

The staff was super helpful with recommendations for dining and things to do. Beautiful patio outside and good breakfast every morning

The smell of POT was consistently in the elevator and in the halls!!! The jacuzzi was broke down and was out for weeks. There was a lot of debris in the elevator and lobby hall areas. The room was super nice and clean!!

Very good

Nice and clean throughout. Pool and hot tub nice and big. Clean. Breakfast could use more varieties of foods. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The layout of the rooms is so convenient for small family. We also loved having a stovetop and big refrigerator and freezer. We cooked our own meals there. The pool and hot tub were awesome. And we loved being able to use the free laundry as we were there for a sporting tournament.

Very good

The coziness of everything and the breakfast buffet Nothing. Maybe the size of the shower if I had to pick something

Room was a little apartment! Excellent space for the cost. NA

Location,Cleanliness and Room set up

We loved the separate bedroom space Wish price was a little lower so we could’ve stayed multiple nights.

Superb

The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfy. The front desk people were very kind and helpful. We were in the handicap room with the accessible shower and the water blocker thing was loose. The washer and dryers didnt seem to work that well. I tried to dry my clothes in multiple different dryer and they could not get dry after two hours.

The room was wonderful. Felt like home actually. Loved the little kitchen area. Breakfast was amazing. Having a light in the main bedroom. Putting a trash can in the bathroom by the toilet instead of bringing things out to trash can by sink area.

I like that I can fit my whole family in one room. The tap water was great tasting also. I did not like that my older teenagers were not able to get many food selections for breakfast because they went at the later end.

Everything. loved the patio with the gas fireplace. the pool was warm! the breakfast was amazing, the room was spacious. We dried our clothes in the dryer before we packed things up, staff was awesome!

Exceptional

Usually great service when I’ve stayed here previously. Had to wait for quite awhile for the gentlemen working the evening last stayed to make it up from to help with check in
