The cleanliness of the lobby and bar area. I love the fact that they have a kitchen that still provides full meals to the patrons staying at the hotel. Very convenient. My shower door wouldn’t remain closed my fiancé and I had to place a face towel in between the glass shower doors to keep the main door from opening while showering. The microwave wouldn’t heat the food at all! I set the heating time between the ranges of 1 minute and up to 10 mins and my food remained cold. We arrived at the hotel on Thursday and checked out on Sunday. Not one time did housekeeping clean our room! Not once. We understood that housekeeping are there on certain days, but when we left our room to do some shopping, housekeeping was cleaning rooms on our floor. We didn’t leave the DND sign on the door so that the room could be cleaned. Upon our return it was the same as when we left. We spoke with the third shift clerk and she said that she would let the manager know. The manager was told the exact issues I explained to the clerk on third shift, yet she only offered an apology. No discount or comp points for the inconvenience. Very disappointing, especially being a Hilton Rewards Member. Just because I used the Booking.com website to schedule the hotel doesn’t mean that the room and service shouldn’t be the same treatment.

Unfortunately didn’t read reviews that they had covered up the hot tub. As well, woke up to ants all over the side bed table and on our clothes. All that was out was a cup of juice, this has absolutely never been a problem. I understand not leaving food out, but a drink? In a full priced hotel room, this shouldn’t even be a thing.

Our room was not clean. Stuff in the walls and light switches. Jelly beans in the bed. I brought pictures down to the front desk. Jennifer was not accommodating to our needs. She offered us free breakfast for our dirty room.

Very bad experience, first the reception lady put me in the standard king room when i booked the king suite with separate sitting area. I had to go back to reception and when i pointed that she said oh sorry that room wasnt cleaned yet. Mind you i checked in after 4 pm. After waiting good 20 minutes she put me to the room which i originally booked. The TV wasnt working when i pointed out they said somebody will come tomorrow to fix it. One other issue was no shower curtain in the shower. When i called in the house keeping dropped the shower curtain on door in my hand and my husband had to hang it. Very bad experience
