Bloom Hotel

I chose this property based on the airport shuttle, no shuttle ever came and we called for 45 minutes and the hotel wouldn’t pick up. Had to drop money on an uber even the reason I picked it was because it had a shuttle. Terrible

Not the newest hotel in the area, but if you are in a budget and just looking for a place to sleep, have breakfast and close to shopping or airport - then this hotel would suffice.

My bathroom was dirty, the staff at night was useless to say the least. My room key deactivated after 1 use. Roaches were everywhere

This hotel was great. Good breakfast, constantly stocked and fresh by staff. Lots of seating in the dining area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Pool was warm. All amenities were great. Hotel staff was very friendly and hospitable. Will definitely stay here again. Ample parking. Smooth check in process.

Rooms were very dirty. Stayed for 3 nights and no room service was done. They didn’t clean the room or bring clean towels in. Building was dirty and worn down. Hot tub broken and looks like it hasn’t been used in years. Staff said very few words on check in. Breakfast was small and definitely not enough tables for people to sit at. I would skip staying at this place as there are many better hotels around the area.

It was OK, we have stayed here before

Great place to stay for the price in the south metro. Expect what you pay for though and know that. Some spots of mold on the ceiling in the bathrooms and 2 black hairs found on the bed when we arrived. Other than that, water pressure is crazy strong, AC worked great, and the bed was fairly comfortable (minus the sand bags they called pillows 😂). I would stay again but I’m bringing my own pillows next time.
