Bloom Hotel

When I got there the hotel did not look how it looked In the photo. we were looking forward to the the pool, and find out it wasn’t available through another guest, and hasn’t been available for a while because someone threw up in the pool.

2nd, regarding the condition of the property; it seems like they've cut back on the upkeep. Our room had unfinished Patchwork on the bathroom wall, the shower curtain was "too short", so the floor got very wet when taking a shower. The "Free Breakfast" was pathetic & poor quality. (We've stayed at this property multiple times, and this was not the case). The building still had "La Quinta" signage at the top, but "Bloom" on the Front Door. When I went to the Pool Area to use the Jacuzzi, it was empty and surrounded by Caution Tape. Bottom Line, Won't be going back there again!

No one speaks English and the room they gave me the TV didn't work and I seen a roach they day I was checking out

The biggest issue was the front desk service. I stayed for two nights and requested fresh towels and for the washroom to be cleaned before leaving in the morning. When I returned at 9:00 p.m., nothing had been done. I called the front desk and was told to come downstairs, but when I got there, no one was there. The next morning at 8:00 a.m., I called again and was told housekeeping would arrive by 8:30 a.m. and take care of it. Nothing happened. At 9:30 a.m., I finally found a housekeeper cleaning another room, and she kindly gave me fresh towels.

Our room felt unclean. The wall plugs were worn Nothing would stay plugged in like the phone charger or my hair tools. We asked for a 2 bed but one of the beds was broken and shifted. We were too tired to switch rooms by the time we discovered it and used the one good bed.

Breakfast staff are awesome dealing w shortages and deliveries my only suggestion would be lose the batter covered mini hot dogs.

This hotel really surprised me, the staff was nice, the lobby was very clean and had space for everyone to sit and relax for a bit ......This will be my NEW hotel to stay at whenever I visit the area......

Honestly this staff was amazing. They immidiately welcomed us they offered us snacks upon check in and they even took 100 off my deposit fee since i paid for 2 rooms. The wifi had connection issues, the hot tub was closed and the breakfast had no variety but they were so welcoming and inviting I did not care about any of that wonderful people wonderful hotel and when they get those few issues up and running I would recommend them to anyone

I ended up just turning around and leaving. I'm not positive the other customer was correct, so this is just hearsay. Also that happened in June 2026. I hope they have resolved this issue now.

I booked with bloom, and when I arrived they stated that they had no room available for me. They claimed that there was a “glitch in their system” which caused them to overbook. I was confused as I had booked 3 weeks prior to arriving when the gentleman stated that this “glitch” happened a few days prior to my arrival. The hotel did look well kept and clean though. Also, the hotel was kind of in the middle of nowhere with basically nothing nearby.

Enjoyed my stay.

The housekeepers took my son's favorite blanket, but at least the front desk employee was able to find it (at 11:30 PM, but better late than never). Breakfast was also the same every day, little hot dogs with breading and powdered eggs were the main dish. The lock didn't work on the door going out to the patio (on the 17th floor). Not safe for kids. There were also signs up saying the pool was undergoing maintenance. It's ok if you're looking for a cheap place to stay, but don't expect much.

Hot tub has been broken since at least 2024

They have an indoor pool and hot tub but was under maintenance when I stayed. Didn’t mention that on the website for booking so my toddler wasn’t able to swim like she anticipated. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good but missing some things like butter, waffle batter. Was disappointed hot tub not working - but also know from experience that's not unusual. Very convenient location, All staff very pleasant. Room/ bed comfortable.

Helpful staff. Clean facilities. Good breakfast.

First room there was a dead roach where iron goes then they moved us to another room and found a roach crawling in bathroom

The front desk man was rude and the incidentals hold was too high and not returned in a timely manner.
