Bloom Hotel

Rooms had a weird smell to them. Bathroom was dirty and rundown. Clearly could see mold on the ceiling. Lights flickering in the bathroom. Breakfast was okay, not a ton of options. Would not stay again.

Airport shuttle was used and helpful. Breakfast was good. Large parking lot to park in. Highly recommended.

The bathroom had molding floors due to improper installment and the bathroom vent didn’t work , the hot tub was closed and we weren’t notified( the reason we booked here) the beds were comfortable and ac was good.

Clean, nice room, however the tv went out and had to switch rooms.

Breakfast was decent, plenty of options. Would consider a more welcoming check in.

Nice hotel. We’ve stayed often. New name and ownership. Internet was awful. Very slow and couldn’t get on the guest network. Put on private network but that hung up all the time. Guessing they need to address it under the new company. E stayed in a suite. Shower stall was pretty beat up and was cracked and was repaired. Kind of makes the place look cheap. But we like the location and it looks like that are trying to upgrade. Ok for the price but certainly not a high end hotel. If the price goes up, we would stay somewhere else.

The entire room was dirty pubes everywhere stains on the bed and a dirty shower. There was bugs in the floor in the lobby as soon as you walk in.

I would not stay here again. Unsafe. I had to chabge rooms because the door wouldn't lock. Had charges I should not have been charged that then needed to be reversed. Repeat lock out of my room and to make it worse the house keeping put soap on my toothbrush.

Good beds, good hot water, easy access and parking. Nice staff. Quiet. WIFI is on and off and breakfast is not good. My room's heater didn't work.

A solid three star hotel. The peep hole wasn't attached to the door, and we didn't have a remote for the room, but the beds were clean and room came with a microwave. The pool was nice, though the hot tub looks like it had been out of order for a while, which was disappointing. The continental breakfast had a nice variety. Finally, it was nice to have a hotel room that came with a tub, but the hot and cold indicator was missing and the utility panel above the shower head was rusted and grody looking.

No complaints here one night stay was perfect

The hotel needs to be updated. Room had holes in wall,caulking cracked and burnt electrical socket in bathroom. Our room wasn’t cleaned and I was told I had to request this. I said I wanted it cleaned daily and I still came home to untidy room. Tv went out 3 of 6 nights there.Elevator had tape hold panels on.

Really nice staff. Reasonably priced and very clean. Would recommend.

Full/Double beds could use an upgrade to Queens. The bathroom door handle wasnt working and was difficult operate. Overall, the price was reasonable, and we only needed it for 1 night. The room keys were easily compromised and would stop working. They replaced at the desk right away. The employees were very courteous and helpful.
