The staff was friendly, and some did a very good job. The breakfast service was slow and inconsistent (e.g. they would say replenishments would be out soon, but then took a while, or just didn't happen).

The location of this property was ideal for me. I chose it because I’ve had good experience with this brand. Not so much for this weeks’ stay. The building is loud overall and I guess the walls are extremely thin because I could hear EVERYTHING and didn’t get much sleep during this stay.

Pool was a bit cold and towels always ran out and never restocked. Only complaint I had is they were doing Renos on the fifth floor and they didn’t clean up after themselves (dust everywhere. Furniture in hallways for long periods of time. Smelled like paint the entire time was there)

I have stayed here 3-4 times and it's the best spot in Bloomington. Quiet, close to Southdale mall & all the restaurants. Staff is great & rooms are clean. We will be back.

The hotel was one of the best Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at. The room was nicely arranged and visually pleasing. Good breakfast, friendly staff - very pleasant stay!

Its a nice little hotel.. Friendly staff, breakfast can range from very good to moderate, depending on the menu. Best feature is it's location: away from the construction mess of Hwy 494 even though it's actually only a couple of blocks south of it. I'm on business in Edina and it's really only 10-12 minutes away because Hwy 100 moves extremely well.

The sink was clogged no water would drain no one to fix it. No one ever came to clean the room. We had to ask front desk for clean towels and they didn’t even speak just walked down the hall and handed us a towel. We arrived at2:30 and were told we could check in at 3:00 then at 3:00 we’re told we had to wait another 45min before we could get checked in because the room was not clean yet. Breakfast was terrible. Stale bagels. Only one concierge was decent and actually said hi or anything.

The gentlemen who checked us in was rude and a bit abrasive. As a Hilton Honors member, at check-in you’re often offered a beverage and a snack. I asked if I could get a soda he looked at me and said, “They’re only for Honors members”. “Yep, I am.” “I’m going to need your member number.” Who knows that off the top of their head?! Other than these things the stay was fine. The building was clean, pool refreshing, our room was a handicap accessible room (not sure why we had that) and was huge for a single room, and the breakfast had what was expected.

Awful smelly room. Dirty, breakfast area tables, chairs and floor sticky. Toilets down stairs dirty for days.
-
Breakfast tables dirty and sticky, toilets dirty. We will never stay there again. Front desk said “ We need a remodel!” Ok, but no excuse for dirty! Also booked in advance for “best” price and could of saved $30 a night booking as we walked in. What happened to Hampton inn by Hilton. Even an Honors member!!

Room (w/king) was excellent. Not huge but right for us (2 travelers). Shower was good size and had great arrangement of shower control on back wall and shower head on front wall--much easier to get water temp warm/hot without enduring cold water first. Having the USB-A and USB-C connections in 4 places (along with 120V plugs) highly convenient.
