The location of this hotel was good. Plenty of parking. We felt safe. The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Our room was comfortable and laid out well. Exactly what we needed. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We slept well. Nice shower. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. The breakfast was standard for this type of hotel. Price was lower than I expected for this area on a holiday weekend. I felt it was a good value for the price. Would stay here again.

We had a 2 queen size bed room. Mattress on one bed was so old. There was about a two inch difference from one side to the other.

The room shower gel and lotion was empty upon arrival. The bathroom wall had stains on it and lacked being wiped down. Room was otherwise clean and acceptable. They needed to keep parking to hotel guest only as the lot was filled to max with people attending a local festival which left paying guest with no parking and massive wait lines. They planned outdoor work to be done on hotel building during holiday week which was kinda a nuisance for parking also.

Desk staff at check in was not friendly and we were not allowed to check in until 5:15 because rooms were not cleaned due to late check out of a wedding party!

The room was clean, staff were friendly. Free parking and free breakfast were pluses. The variety of buffet breakfast was always something we looked forward to. Replenished constantly. We also enjoyed the complimentary coffee, tea and hot choco all throughout the day.
