Very very noisy in the room. I don’t know if it was the air conditioner but it sounded like trash was being picked up by sanitation all night long.
-
Clean room and staff was helpful until we needed a plunger. That took awhile. Hot tub and pool were awesome.
-
The hotel itself was great and the theme was very on brand for Minnesota. I plan on staying here again in the future. Only thing that annoyed us was some kind of softball tournament was going on so there were lots of loud kids running around, slamming doors, etc.
-
We had a very good time, room was cleaned. Staff super nice and the pool and Jacuzzi was a whole vibe.
-
I don’t recommend this hotel. Front desk staff are nice, but the place doesn’t have a welcoming feel. Spent 5 nights. 3 of the days our beds were not made and 1 day we had call for clean towels. Really not worth the price.

It was a pretty good experience! Nice, clean rooms. Comfy beds. My room was unfortunately not ready when I arrived and the staff member sort of made it like I was inconveniencing her to do her job. That was probably the most annoying part of my stay. I didn’t try breakfast because $17 per person seemed steep. Overall, good hotel!

I expected more from this property. The only advantage was the location near I494 in Bloomington.

This hotel is in a great location and has wonderful amenities. The decor is perfect for Minnesota and we will definitely stay here again.

Numerous people were waiting for their rooms 2 plus hours after 3pm check in.
-
Staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel has a cool vibe. We have stayed here many times and love it. We have had a very good breakfast buffet at their restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean. There are few places to hang out, play games, or read in the hotel.
-
Friendly staff, room was clean (love the hard floors!). The pool was awesome and the kids had a wonderful time! Highly recommend.
-
Beautiful room and staff was great! Interior was nice but exterior didn’t reflect that!
-
Everything was great with one exception. My boyfriend is gluten free and has celiacs. The first time at the restaurant we had a great waiter and staff. For breakfast not so great, he ended up getting extremely sick.

Booked room thru expedia app to save money. But we had a very loud and wild neighbor room. Called desk they sent someone but they became quiet 30 minutes all started a again. Finally the cops where called and the person was taken out of the area. The next morning the people that booked the book at the desk or thru the Marriott app got their rooms comped for the disturbance but I was told nothing they could do for me because I used a 3rd party service to make the reservation. Very upset for how that handled the situation. They did give us some points on the hotel app but not enough for a stay.

Eric at the front desk was phenomenal! Very friendly staff and beautiful hotel. The rooms could use some better lighting. Would absolutely stay again!
-
I have nothing negative to say about this hotel. No issues or complaints. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
