I can’t believe that they changed a $100 dollars for in Damos. I’m a 60 year-old man.

Clean, comfortable The robotic AI check in person behind the screen presumably in another country and hard to understand. At 66 you shouldn't assume I am comfortable with that kind of interaction. Poor customer service! Also it took forever for hot water to reach the shower and the pressure was terrible.

The sheets were stained; the shower had black mold; the walls were in need of repair and paint. There was only a remote attendant reachable through the kiosk unit. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place unless you like to itch.

Cold cereal or muffins was not what I considered breakfast. Did not eat. See comments above.

Location to the area I wanted to be in. I did leave my Drivers License on the kiosk and it was returned. With many travels and journeys this is the most negative place I have stayed at: 1. ZERO human person at the front desk as ANY POINT IN TIME 2. The entire hotel smelled of dusty mold 4. Booked through a 3rd party and for 2 double beds. Arrived was told it was for a single king. Was charged $25.00 extra for 2 beds. THE BEDS WERE NOT QUEENS BUT OVERSIZED TWINS. 5. The smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling 6. Dust and dirt around the very few power outlets in the room 7. Two outlets on the night stand did not work 8. Disabled son fell in the shower due to now slip guards on the floor of the shower 9. Complimentary breakfast consisted of stale cereal and muffins. Coffee was not drinkable and tasted like the machine had not been cleaned in years. 10. Left me driver license on the kiosk, called the hotel and since there was no one physically at the desk they had to call me back to inform if they had it or not.

Would never recommend this place.

The breakfast could have been better like adding some meats.

No electric outlets near beds to plug phones in. (No ports at all.. one outlet at desk, one in bathroom) Freezer was full of frozen frost. Breakfast: 2 containers with Frosted Flakes, one fruit loops (one of the FF was labeled Raisin Bran… but it wasn’t) Muffins and bread for toast. Coffee was actually quite good. (Stayed in spearfish last week- they had fruit, and an awesome/tasty pancake machine)

This is an older hotel with small rooms and minimal perks. It has recently been updated and was clean. Breakfast selection consisted of coffee, muffins and sugar laden cereals.
