Days Inn by Wyndham Blue Springs

No electric outlets near beds to plug phones in. (No ports at all.. one outlet at desk, one in bathroom) Freezer was full of frozen frost. Breakfast: 2 containers with Frosted Flakes, one fruit loops (one of the FF was labeled Raisin Bran… but it wasn’t) Muffins and bread for toast. Coffee was actually quite good. (Stayed in spearfish last week- they had fruit, and an awesome/tasty pancake machine)

This is an older hotel with small rooms and minimal perks. It has recently been updated and was clean. Breakfast selection consisted of coffee, muffins and sugar laden cereals.

The room had not been properly cleaned water was scorching hot and the front desk tried getting me to put a card down to pay even though there was already a card on file

The place was very clean and the stars was very knowledgeable. The bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Room smelled like smoke when we went in. It was supposed to be non smoking. There was sticky stuff on the tv stand. The bed was very comfortable though

Pool closes at 10 pm

what was breakfast bread a muffin coffee was good too bad the coffee creamer was either frozen or just bad it came out in clumps. No one to talk with with a face on the screen, very very sad A real person on site that you can reach out to. and unfortunately the screen person a little better english

Breakfast was just ok, the entire building had a terrible smell, was not very clean, the room was in need of some serious cleaning and upgrading. Very disappointed. Everything. Poor quality and lack of cleanliness. I would think the corporate office would be ashamed to have this under their name.

Nice clean room, ready 30 minutes early. Nice people to work with. Great service too!

I could not have my service dog so I did not even check in, and they're refusing to give me a refund!!

Too much to record was not acceptable.

Key card quit working hours before checkout. No lamps in the room. The cleaning staff woke us up vacuuming at 7 am.

Comfortable beds but a little outdated. The breakfast was very simple and we didnt like the kiosk. We would have preferred someone there in-person

A large group came in, ate all of the breakfast items. We were told they were out for the day. This was before 8a.

air conditioning intermittent and very weak

Never even stayed there it was a crack Motel there was no staff a kiosk to check in with.

Pool was very nice..need more for breakfast..also did not appreciate the check in kiosk..very impersonable
