We had to leave our house for the night while we were having some work done. We packed up 3 teenage girls while dad wa was still at work and rushed out the door. They were very calming. The lady at the desk when we arrived was super sweet and got us some extra blankets so we could pallet the youngest. The kiddos enjoyed the pool while I was able to relax a little. We all got up early due to headed to work and the breakfast was amazing!!! Large variety and the kids loved all the extra toppings for the waffles. The front desk lady also gave me a goody bag to take to work. There was Shampoo conditioner lotion soft blankets great pillows. All together very pleased. Only small issue was tub didnt drain very fast but was no real issue.

Great value for the price. Very clean and friendly staff would definitely stay again.

In the remodel everything looked nice with the exception of them painting the wallpaper. That seemed a little ridiculous. But otherwise this stay was great

The front desk staff was not so friendly, and housekeeper never changed my towels and they did not empty my trash and never came to my room to check. The front desk evening clerk was snappy and he said for me to put the trash outside the door and I had to go get my own linen and towel. Although I spent over 600.00 dollars to stay there and I was ready to spend more days, but after I was treated poorly I went elsewhere. The kitchen staff was friendly. I won't go back to Hampton inn in Blue Springs again. Maybe it was because of my skin color, I don't know.i hope that was not the case. But. Whatever.

Breakfast was small and the area even smaller.

The staff were fantastic - everyone was very nice.
-
Great location and price. Our room had a very hard bed that wasn't particularly comfortable. Much worse was the shower was leaking under the wall and into the room, soaking the carpet.

Kelsey in the dining area was so kind and helpful. I’ve stayed here several times and she’s always so great. I do wish you carried Chobani regular yogurt rather than that low fat one with the fake sugar. Lit us hard for people with gut issues to digest and not recommended by any registered dietician

Clean, nice staff, comfy rooms! Easy enough drive to Riverside (we came for a show at the Morton) What I didn’t like was my own fault - I made myself sick from Whataburger (REALLY close by) the night before my stay, so I didn’t get to try the breakfast. Lol

Helpful and friendly staff (especially Justin), good breakfast, and good location The cost as I think prices increased due to World Cup games being played in Kansas City (Arrowhead Stadium)

Clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very poor. They could do much better with that.
-
Great location we have used before. Staff was excellent and was a pet friendly location
-
Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. The room was very tight, (so far the smallest of any hotels we stayed going across the country). This hotel was by far the most expensive too!

Bed was uncomfortable , hair dryer was broke and television didn't stay on most of the time
