Surprised this hotel had so many high ratings. It was decent for the quick one night stop we made while driving across country, but the entire hotel and room smelled of an intense mix of cleaning products and a perfume-like smell that was overwhelming. There was a dead cockroach and hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean and the shower felt nice. The bed was too hard for my preference but the pillows were comfortable. The egg and cheese omelets were completely frozen at breakfast service. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Good price but overall I would not stay here again.

Friendly staff, wonderful hot breakfast buffet, well organized and visually appealing. Our only minor negative was that the shower pressure was not very strong. Otherwise, perfect! Would stay here again.

This is one of the nicest well kept hotels I’ve stayed at. The rooms were amazing. Breakfast was excellent. This will be my go to in blue springs from now on. Very nice stay
