Location Hotel is very outdated and not kept up from walls to floors to decor and furniture is dirty, banged up and old. Not taken care of on cleanliness, facility maintenance, updated decor, etc.

We were in town for a long weekend for the Kansas City Chiefs game. The staff was helpful & was able to check in a little early. They did have a nice breakfast daily. Plenty of parking. No complaints. The room was clean.

Hotel allows pets, so the rooms smell like too strong a masking scent! We did not have a pet. My cousins had the same experience but in different rooms.

The rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful. The ceiling could have used repair. Even with the AC on, the room always felt very humid. For my liking, the beds were very hard.

Location was great, clean, I felt safe, I would stay there again The price was a little high so I guess I expected a little better breakfast. Just grabbed some coffee. I would still stay here again though bc of comfort and cleanliness.

The room was heavily scented--like old lady perfume and the "gym" was one treadmill and a non-functioning elliptical machine. The gym was also very warm and the a/c didn't put too much air to cool it off. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable

Possibly one of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in for a while. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was hard but that is more of a preference than a criticism.
