Comfortable bed, clean pool Language barrier, added charge at arrival, cleanliness of the elevator, moldy bagel, no do not disturb hangers, not good water pressure.

The hot breakfast was unbeatable the eggs were moldy

I was very disappointed about not be able to use the pool in the morning. I did not use it in the night after being tried from a long drive. But was surprised that you could not use it till afternoon. And I had to be on road then.

The room was dirty! The front desk staff was wearing sweat pants and a baggy t-shirt! Not professionl at all! The caulking in the bathroom was sloppily done. Cockroaches were inhabiting the bed area! The most dirty room I've ever stayed in, but never sgain! Read the comments above

Really nice place to stay

Worth the price I paid. Didn’t feel unsafe. Slept decent.

The property seems pretty old and out of date which isn’t a big deal to me however they really need to do some deep cleaning. We were looking forward to the hot tub but we decided not to get in because it looked dirty, like brown bottom dirty. The carpet in our room had a sticky spot so I didn’t walk on it without shoes. The sheets and towels smelled nice and the room didn’t smell bad though. Since we stayed two nights we had 2 different people working the front desk. They were both unfriendly and just didnt talk to us except to tell us our room number and to leave the key on the desk when we left. Breakfast was just microwaved eggs, sausage and bacon with different breads. The milk seemed spoiled because they didn’t have it on enough ice. The front desk men worked the breakfast too and they were not being sanitary.

Place needed many repairs and staff need trained on how to work in hospitality.

Its clean affordable and quiet, the building could us some up keep but still decent

Checked in for a 3 night stay , got to room and it was a pet friendly room. The room was dirty looked like it hadn't been dusted,sink faucet was loose,spicket in shower was pointed out towards the sink had i turned the bathtub water on it would have run out to the floor carpet looked as if it hadn't been shampooed in awhile. Don't know how old the mattress is but it was lumpy and like sleeping on a bed of rocks. The hallway on the 3rd floor where we we're staying stunk. The next morning the manager on duty ask me how everything was with the room and I explained the above he moved us to another room which was better but not the greatest. Breakfast on the first morning was awful. Sausage wasn't done all the way, no bacon at all. No waffle mix to make a waffle no arrangements of fruit actually there was 2 apples that looked old. So needless to say we did not eat breakfast while there. Outside of the hotel was not clean, looks as if grass hadn't been mowed or trimmed in awhile very unappealing from the outside. The place for animals to relieve themselves that we were told thats what the area was for it hadn't been cleaned up in awhile there was dog waste everywhere. That's just touches on a few things I should have asked for a refund but we were in town a short time and had plans that we couldn't change. I SHOULD GET A REFUND BUT I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. It would be nice to be compensated for the expenses I paid. Not worth the $ 360

I love the internet was free, how ever the signal struggled . Had to take my meetings for zoom at a near by cafe

Room was clean, bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, hot tub was great to sit in after a long day.

Staff was great, hotel is nice, clean rooms, ice machine did not work. Breakfast was nice eggs and biscuit with waffle maker etc. Enjoyed my overnight stay.

Bad

The downgrade was for the breakfast. They did not offer a good selection at all. I don't expect a huge array, but there should at least be some of the standard variety. We were very disappointed and went elsewhere before heading down the road.

Rm was clean and comfortable Pool was nice temp Food was terrible. Biscuits were so dried out you couldn't eat them or bagels. No gravy and no butter Sausage was swimming in grease Not good at all Floor was being vacuumed and washed while people were eating

I had 2 bed when checking in I didn’t add the kids so he charged me twenty per kid. Staff was very strict with rules, my daughter came to visit and swim but they want 25 per person not staying there to swim. Hardly anything for breakfast and the carpet was sticky feeling. Wouldn’t recommend.

Room was just okay. Breakfast was disappointing…We went to breakfast 45 minutes before ending…only 3 biscuits, 2 sausage patties & 2 eggs left-no juice to drink, only water & milk…biscuits were hard & sausage was setting in water. Carpet was dirty & stained…no clean towels in pool/hot tub area. The worst thing about our stay, the front desk employees would stare at us anytime we walked through the lobby or attempted to eat breakfast. Area was sketchy…several homeless people wondering around.

It was relatively quiet and the staff was nice It could use a good cleaning and painted and such. It is a bit worn and run down
