Best Western Plus Bluffton / Hilton Head Hotel

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The peaceful atmosphere and convenient location made it the perfect place to unwind while exploring the charm of Bluffton. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re looking for a clean, beautiful, and welcoming place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel. We can’t wait to come back for another visit!

i got what I expected.

No house keeping services on Thursday as well not notified ahead of time that pool was closed for maintenance. It was 100 degrees here. Very disappointed

The hotel staff were friendly and ready to serve you. Breakfast could be improved. The egg & cheese omelets were cold. The scrabbled eggs were much better. The waffle machine broke down but the breakfast lady was very nice in making your waffle for you. No fresh fruit except for over ripe bananas by the reception desk. Plenty of free parking. Close to restaurants. I would stay there again.

Clean, good location The tv was hard to use and the pillows were uncomfortable and way too small for a queen bed

A little to far from the beach

would definitely stay again only thing Hotels.com says dogs up to 80lb but reality is dogs up to 30 lb. big difference. lucky ours passed for 30ish and they did not question us.

This hotel is nice; however, because it is dog friendly our first room had a high dog odor so we asked to move and the second room where we ended up staying also had a strong dog owner. If any dog allergies or sensitivities to smells ( even after buying a bottle of Febreeze dog odor relief spray) could not get rid of smell. All rooms in hotel are dog friendly which did not allow me to enjoy my stay.

Nice big rooms. Beds were comfortable. Only issue I had were that the floors needed to be washed better

Great Hotel

The breakfast was OK, lot of microwaving to reheat food items. I think for the microwave, they need to have an extra one in the back so they can kind of hide that fact. The biscuits were quite dry a little too cheap compared to other best Western locations. There wasn’t a rotation of their egg item which I’ve seen at other locations. They usually do scrambled one day and then omelette with the next. I’m a huge fan of the best western breakfast so this one was a bit disappointing on the breakfast end. All other aspects of my stay were excellent. They didn’t have bedding for my sofa bed, but it was a bit understandable, but I think they need to have the extra bedding for the sofa bedrooms, located in the wardrobes or in the Ottoman that sits in front of the couch beds

Book It!!! The room and bathroom are spacious AND clean!! 😩Im a germ-a-phob so that’s the FIRST thing I look for👀. When you walk into the hotel, the aesthetics are nice and smells fresh. I forgot the front desk manager name but she was very helpful! The hotel is also walking distance to the grocery store🎉. We didn’t get a chance to get in the pool BUT the area was also spacious and inviting! Only thing is I wish they would serve the breakfast longer for those who wish to sleep in(that’s the purpose of a vacation right?!), it ended at 9am😔. Other than that, we WILL be back!! GREAT spot!
