The hotel and common areas were neat and clean. Just a little off the main street and thus was very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Good breakfast, although would have liked some non-sugar oatmeal options. Would stay here again.

I like everything about the property . No complaints . Clean , good breakfast. The staff is so helpful and mannerly especially Shirley such a nice lady . I will be staying there next month when am back in town .

What's not to like. New hotel, great layout, great location, safe-quiet. Had a KITCHEN my room ... perfect for long family stays. This is now my go-to hotel in Bluffton.

We just stopped for the night on the way to HHI. The hotel is new, updated, our room was very spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of food options. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was the glass shower door kept sliding open on the track.

Excellent location, walking distance to groceries and. A couple of restaurants. Brand new building!! Awesome personnel!! Small lake view!! Free breakfast!! I think it covers all the check boxes!!!
