Entrance door on the first level is very Lou when closed. Avoid rooms 101 and 102 or you’ll be up all night. First floor is loud in general with footsteps clearly heard through the floor.

Location Fire alarms going off at 10pm 3am. 5am not being able to access grills because people sitting in grill area just drinking. Elevators breaking, toilets barely flush. Pool was like warm bath water.

it was quiet and our room was pretty clean the lobby felt like a nursing home. our room was pretty clean but the carpet felt very damp the entire time but it could have been the condensation from the ac. the hotel also advertises things like a lending locker and complimentary hot chocolate and coffee but when i asked about the lending locker and hot chocolate i got stared down by the man at the front desk and he acted like i had no idea what i was talking about. its fine if there was nothing of a sort but i had to ask him “no?” until he agreed that he was saying that. on our last night the fire alarm went off and the fire department showed up but it may have just been a false alarm. also the wifi may have given my computer a virus

The property was well maintained. Our room was clean & neatly done. The only problem was the mattress were not comfortable.

Great location. Very clean with a nice layout. Receptionist at check in wasn't very polite. The woman that was there for checking out was such a wonderful person. She more than made up for the other employee at checking in.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room had a great set-up and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishware and utensils. The bed was very comfy. The living room was a bonus size featuring a couch and a lazyboy. SC Naperville, IL.
