Extended Stay America Premier Suites Bluffton Hilton Head

Only stay here if necessary. This hotel is meant for contract workers. The gym literally has a treadmill, bike and strider machine. No weights and no space to workout. Plus the phone in the room did not work and the internet is awful. The staff is never at the counter so it is hard to get what you need. I would not recommend staying here if you are visiting bluffton for vacation.

It says 2 star hotel . You get 2 star hotel . They didn’t lie .

I like the no carpet approach to visible cleanliness. The bathroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Best value in the hotel industry.

Definitely have to do something about your air conditioning system thank God we travel with a fan we can put on our night table. We would put it on 66 or 65 and it would feel like 80° in our room. Other than that everything else was great

Easily accessible. Convenient to 95

It was my first time at an Extended Stay and overall it wasn’t terrible but just not a typical hotel experience.

The room seemed clean until I started to see roaches crawling in the room. I had to hurry and pick my suitcase up off the floor so I wouldn’t take them home with me.

The overall property was nice, but the worst part was the so called grab and go breakfast was a 30 cent breakfast bar. Thanks again

Parking was easy to find, great location, overall decent clean room. Im only giving it 4 stars because the bathtub was yellow, there were no toiletries, the window looking outside was cracked and there was a really weird strong smell in the room, since we were only staying one night and I always bring a humidifier with me we were able to mask it with some essential oils. The breakfast was ok it wasn't your usual continental breakfast but wasn't a deal breaker for us since we usually like to go out and explore breakfast options nearby.

The breakfast was coffee some granola bars and small packaged muffins. There was only one bath towel in the room the front desk today me that they found that hard to believe and reluctantly gave me additional towels. Coffee maker hair dryer pots n pans cups all had to be checked out and where not in the room.

By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and for a very reasonable price! Top tier, 10/10 recommend staying here and it’s not too far from activities/shopping and the island! Great job guys! If I could give 11/10 I would!

Nice basic hotel, very friendly staff. They were cleaning up the lobby from flooding, but I assume that was temporary. Room was clean and comfortable, but had no kitchen utensils and few bathroom amenities.

Should have proper breakfast.

Everything good, just have to make sure that when you have late check ins the staff are on it. Last time I did a late check in and the door was lock and nobody was at the front desk and the phone that supposedly is for call the front desk was dead.

Room was simi clean, Entrance Frontdesk was weird. Check in guy was very short. Door to room was damaged like someone had kick it in. Did not seem to safe
