The staff was horrific in every aspect except for the kind young lady that worked the 3pm to 11pm shift. Every tiny aspect of every interaction with front desk staff came with attitude and resistance to be helpful. If the property were extremely clean and upscale that would conceivably “come with the territory” but the room was actually quite dirty and there was nothing special about the room or amenities at all. Dealing with the whackos at front desk made the entire experience terrible and I rarely if ever give bad reviews at all. Don’t stay here unless you can do every single thing electronically so as to minimize reliance on the idiots working at front desk

An okay place to overnight on a longer trip. A little dated and drab looking. But mostly clean and fresh. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

very peaceful clean room

The room and the facility were clean. The bathroom sink was stopped, water pressure was terrible, bedspread was damp upon arrival, no hair dryer, shower liner was hung incorrectly so laid inside the tub floor. You might expect with it being a suite with fridge, stove and microwave to have cups, plates, coffee maker etc. Apparently, you have to ask for them. Very basic hotel but great if you are not looking to spend any time in the room. But.... it was clean.

Easy access plenty of parking clean room and plenty of space for comfort.

Check in was easy, quick, and informative. The room was nice and cool upon arrival and it was clean. The room felt modern and updated. Only issue was the bedframe was backwards so we hit our shins on the corner when we walked around the bed.
