The staff were great and accommodating. This hotel in general is great! However; our room smelled like dogs and the carpet was spongy, and damp. We brought it to the staff's attention, we just weren't up for switching rooms. Our ceiling had wet spots, and bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan.

The hotel was immaculate. It is every time we go. Special thanks to Brittney at the front desk. She helped us with a hotel room type mix up. She fixed it is seconds. She’s a great person to have at the front desk for people to see when they first walk in. Sets the vibe for the hotel! She always had a smile on her a face.
