It was perfect.

The sink kept clogging. Didn’t offer many tv channels and internet kept getting knocked out but overall the staff was very friendly and courteous,

Staff was very pleasant and helpful! The mattress was lumpy and would sink down also the room was entirely too humid! I also only had two hangers in the room until I requested more. I did get more hangers promptly, but they were very dusty.

Close to several stores and restaurants.

My second time staying here. The staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. The property is clean and very well maintained.

Staff was friendly. We arrived at midnight and still was greeted warmly. That I had to leave before breakfast.

Staff was very friendly. Front desk, Shayna and other staff were all polite. All was a good stay.

Everyone was incredibly kind and made us feel welcomed. The pool was well maintained and very nice to take a dip in after a long day of traveling. The linens were clean and beds comfortable. There were a couple of areas for improvement however worth mentioning. There were no towels for patrons using the pool. I would have loved to have a safe in the room. Our room was still a little dirty with stains in the shower and on the bathroom wall. There was also someone else's hair stuck to our toilet when we arrived. It would have been nice to see some healthier breakfast options - Greek yogurt, fresh fruit (the fruit available looked like it came from a jar or can), and hot items that didn't look old. I don't want to complain, as these options are complimentary so I appreciate the gesture. Overall, we were happy with our stay. Hopefully these observations are helpful.

The staff was excellent, the rooms and hallways are in need of major improvement and the air quality was poor.

Clean and comfortable room- great breakfast and pool. Best price in Bluffton! I felt very safe as a single woman.

The staff was wonderful! The price dropped to almost half…two nights before we checked in. The elevator had throw up in it smeared all over the floor. The room was so damp the bed felt wet the whole weekend. The room smelled sour, like infant throw up. There was even blood smeared near the toilet. I would not recommend this place and will never stay here again.

Great location. Tons of potential. Good front desk staff. I really hate writing this but… it was a rough experience. Our room was nasty - but thank goodness the bed was comfy - which made it bearable. First: We could not take off our shoes. Thankfully the front desk staff came upstairs and mopped the floor when I came in after meeting friends for dinner as the laminate floor was covered with a slimy, slippery greasy coating. Second: the sink was missing it aerator, causing water to fly everywhere. Not a biggie but annoying. Third: The air in the hallway and room was heavily laden with a scent -such as from Fabreeze or similar. Luckily I could crack the window an inch. I probably should have left but was in a hurry to get to the dinner meeting and didn’t have time to deal with a disappointing room.
