The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room had a great set-up and plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishware and utensils. The bed was very comfy. The living room was a bonus size featuring a couch and a lazyboy. SC Naperville, IL.

Carpet had a couple large stains. Floor at the entrance of the room was a little sticky. However, the room was a decent size and included a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and flatware, and a microwave. There was a also a nice gym and laundry onsite. Washing machines and dryers were free you just needed washing detergent and dryer sheets which could be purchased at the front desk. Free WiFi was included. The bathroom had Dove bodywash, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

It is in a good location and the staff is helpful. I especially like the availability the washer and dryer. They also have free coffee which is a must for me. The property is getting a bit worn due to its popularity. The room I had the bathroom fan would start banging against the housing after a while. Aside from that the place is fine. I will be staying there again.

Stayed with family really enjoyed my stay beds were very soft and comfortable, the location is convenient to Hilton Head , Beaufort and Savannah ❤️❤️

Rom smelled of mildew especially when air was turned up.

Entire property was clean. Everyone was so friendly I love the room set up.

Only thing I didn’t like is the room became very moist from the air conditioner

Nice sizable room, the floor felt a little damp and had a slight mildew smell. But other than that everything was great!

The place was just adequate. Living room furniture was uncomfortable and the pull out sofa bed was not good for sleeping on. Glad we had a short stay.

There was a party at the pool and gusts left it a mess which wasn't cleaned up

The hotel room was clean and the hotel had a nice atmosphere but there was a bit of wear and tear that needed to be addressed. Pool was clean as well, a great stay overall.

Convenient to get to our sons house. The rug in our room felt damp.

The price was right in the right location. This hotel desperately needs a makeover. Nonexistent lobby, they had coffee behind a locked door. Not sure if you had to pay for it or not. Overall the room was nice with a kitchen set up. Although not sure about the bathroom cleaning, there was an odor.

The room was so damp and moist, that the carpeting was gross to walk on barefoot. The room smelled of that damp, mildew smell the second you walked in and lingered. Even the sheets felt damp the whole stay. My clothes smelled of mildew the whole time from being in the room. If you'd wanted clean towels or sheets, you needed to go to the desk to ask for them. I will not be staying at this hotel again, it just felt gross the entire stay.

Slight water leak at the base of the toilet. The top rack of the dishwasher was broken. I notified the desk to avoid any further issues.
