We wish they offered a continental breakfast, however they had some good choices that you needed to pay for. Everything else was great! The people, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Everything else was close by. We would stay again if we go back!

Lobby and outside. The bistro was great for breakfast and snacks. The staff were all very helpful and friendly - some of the best we’ve had. Very clean A little further from downtown than we hoped and areas nearby have lots of traffic. But close to the river and parks . No pool to cool off in.

The location was good. The room was not very satisfying. A very small bathroom counter for two people. The wall mounted TV could be turned very far toward the bed to view and the TV didn't work great. The room AC was very noisy.

There was no breakfast at this Marriott, there wasn't even coffee available unless you paid $5.00 for a cup. We had to go elsewhere to find a breakfast. I know I wouldn't stay at the Marriott anymore. There is absolutely no amenities whatsoever. The ladies greeting us at the desk were very indifferent about questions I had and had very little knowledge of where to eat and how to get there. I felt like I had stayed at a hotel that was in a ghost town, that couldn't even point you to a glass of water. First of all, food. Normally breakfast is included in a stay at the Marriott, this time coffee wasn't available unless you paid for it. Your staff was ill-informed about where I could find a breakfast and even where I would park.

It was close to restaurants, grocery stores and the college. Good facilities, like a small gym and outdoor courtyard. Walls are thin. I could hear my neighbors on both sides and the AC unit was loud when it wouldn’t kick on.

Close to downtown. Difficult to find. I paid $210 extra dollars than if I had just called them. Worst booking experience I have had. Not even breakfast supplied

Plug ins for recharging not working in one nightstand - Attendant “forgot” to give us parking tag until we had parked and unloaded and then returned to desk to ask for one - that made another trip out to the car - No maid service - we stayed two nights and expected fresh towels etc without a special request - I’ll stay elsewhere next time I’m in Boise -

I booked a king room but received a room with 2 queen beds... The hotel was very loud people were running down the hall yelling which isn't the fault of the hotel, but just to note it is right next to the college.

1st floor Got a late check out and we still got disturbed before late check out.

Top notch, accommodating staff across the board, from front desk to Bistro. Impressed from before I checked in through the duration of my stay. Very good location for my needs as well.
