Its a great place to stay.

Staff was great. The breakfast was lovely. The room was clean and quiet, even with a bunch of school teams in the hotel. It was great. I highly recommend it.

Nice to have outdoor pool. Even with a bunch of school kids there it was orderly and quiet. Nice breakfast.

Breakfast was very good, the room was clean and the bed comfortably.

It was very busy this weekend. There was only one clerk at the desk to check in people. The lobby was full of people waiting. There was excuses of the room’s not being ready. Six hours later finally got a room.

I reserved my room in June, when I arrived to check in I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and my reservation was bumped because I had booked through a third party. Although I had secured the reservation with a credit card, without prepayment they wouldn’t hold the room. Following an event, I gave up finding a room and was forced to drive home.

Clean room, and nice hotel but staff was hard to reach with no additional help on a very busy weekend.

The stay was amazing. Clean rooms and the staff was super helpful, friendly and wonderful to deal with. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Boise.

I love everything about this places and my daughters loved it a lot. The lobby and staff members where super friendly I love how they treated us thank you so much I’ll come again.

You cannot beat the location, cleanliness, and the best breakfast and coffee stations!

We showed up just after 9pm from driving all day. Without apologies, ewe were told that our rooms weren’t cleaned yet, and they had no idea when they would be ready. Obviously understaffed, I understand that things happen, but no one really seemed concerned about it or gave us any compensation. I feel like the rooms should have been comped at that point. It wasn’t until after 11:30pm that we finally got our rooms. Pool and hot tub were closed by then. I messaged the management and gave them an opportunity to make it right. Didn’t even get a response. Completely unacceptable
