Toilet had a leak in the tank, when you took a bath you wound up standing in water up to your ankles because it did drain smoothly. The holder for shampoo, body wash was falling off the wall and had soap scum build up on it. The hair dryer is very out dated. Very disappointing that the bathroom doesn’t even have a fan ventilation system when you shower. Overall the bathroom is awful. The headboard was a fake leather that was pealing off the headboard onto the bed daily. The TV is not a smart TV, so no streaming available. All coffee cups and water cups are plastic. We would probably look for other accommodations next time as the hotel is just outdated.

The hotel is old and there were some things clearly in need of repairs. The shower didn't drain properly and the beds were terrible, I woke up with a sore back. The staff wasn't very friendly to me. The only thing that seemed ok was the breakfast. I don't plan to stay here again.

Very quiet. Close to the river walk.

Love this location

The hotel is located in a quiet area. The rooms are clean. The bed is very comfortable, especially the pillows. The bathroom has good shampoos. I was particularly surprised by the breakfast. The dining room is large and clean. There's a huge selection of food. I'd especially like to highlight the omelette, sausages, potatoes, and sauces.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure was very good, breakfast was good, and quiet. I would stay again.

Although the room looked clean, it had a terrible smell and it was hard to sleep because of it. The bathroom was not very clean, my son found hair in the shower. Breakfast was good, and the front desk staff was helpful.

Staff was awful, extremely rude. Rooms are so outdated and smell so musty. No vent in bathroom. Wouldn’t stay here again.

We had a great time! Clean and good customer service.

Proximity to St Luke’s. Room was not clean still food in fridge from previous people still personal hygiene products in the bathroom. Had to wait for a rollaway bed then was given one wrinkled sheet and a disgusting blanket.
-
Great staff, clean comfy rooms, great breakfast selection. Only thing was the pool was closed fixing the pump but those things happen. We definitely will be back next time we are in the area!

The room was clean and fairly spacious. Would be nice if the tv had the ability log in to your streaming services. Good DSH channels with lots of movies from HBO, etc. breakfast was good. Would stay here again.

The place was nice but when it’s packed there is trouble finding a parking spot. I had to park at the restaurant next door. I asked for an extra blanket at least 3x and it never came. The second day I let the morning people know and they made sure there was an extra blanket upon my return. I needed to ask a question that evening and nobody would answer any extension I tried. I waited 10 minutes and tried again.. no answer.. idk if they were purposely ignoring my calls because I complained that they never brought me an extra blanket the night before.. but I thought it was very rude, especially at the price they charge to stay there. I wouldn’t stay again, not for that price or to be ignored.
