The ice machines were not working

The breakfast was excellent and I loved riding the bikes on the Greenbelt!!

This hotel is nice and clean. The pool and hot tub both worked, which is great! I do not think you should have to pay to park to stay in a hotel that you are already paying for. I could see if you were in Vegas or another big city, but in Boise, Idaho? I think it is ridiculous. The front desk was nice and refunded my money. The breakfast was really good, and had lots of options. Overall, it was a great experience!

Great location for greenbelt access, half hour walk to shows at Outlaw Field.
-
Staff was nice and as helpful as they could be. Room size is decent
-
Loved the room size and having 2 beds and a sofa.
-
The mattress was hard and uncomfortable, the breakfast was gross - with rubbery, strange, eggs that had to have been from dehydrated eggs. And even though they said every room was non smoking, ours smelled like cigarettes and we had to wash everything that was in our suitcase even if it was clean, because everything smelled horrible! I’m never staying at one of these properties again.

Staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good. The pool when not crowded was nice. Our only complaint is the soundproofing wasn’t good. Both nights we were interrupted by noisy neighbors. Our second stay the neighbors were up talking until 1:45. That was terrible.

Property looked a little rundown. Staff was amazing and helpful

Arrived at the airport at 9:30PM called for the complimentary shuttle. Called two more times and waited till 10:15PM to be picked up. Upon arrival check in was uneventful. Not friendly not sorry. Went to bed and had trouble sleeping because of the guest right above us. We stayed in room 285. Above us in 385, sounded like they played with their dog throwing its toy and running after it. We turned the air conditioner on constant hoping that would be loud enough to help with the noise. Called the front desk and was told they would call them. Should have moved the next morning, but we left for the day very early and got back late. Just wanted to clean up and get some rest. Again, another night of the same thing. All four days with no relief. Totally our fault for not moving. Letting you know with this review to request the top floor and away from the swimming pool if you are gone all day hiking and riding and want to sleep at night. Breakfast was awful. The orange juice is watered down, the powered eggs are worse than the ones I had in Viet Nam. The toilets are almost on the floor. Thought I was falling. Rooms need an upgrade. Location is great. Beds are clean.
-
Liked the room and how clean it was hated the fact it charged me 50 for deposit it took it out twice 30 first night 20 the next day hoping for refund on that after bank hold
-
Everything about the property was great other then the $10 money grab for parking.
-
Air conditioner was very loud and there was no air in the hallways and it was 92 outside Room had a smell. We thought it was us but a little kid at breakfast asked another guest if their room smelled. We used to like it but will not stay here again.
-
It was very pleasant and the breakfast was great
-
Great stay other than very hot and the ac did not work well.

Clean room

Not sure why hotels think we are suddenly ok with being nickled and dimed with 10 dollar parking fees but it’s ridiculous. If Marriott is hurting that bad for money just build it into the cost of the room. This hotel isn’t even downtown, it’s in a residential area. Hotel is fine, but paying to park at your own hotel is the stupidest thing ever.

From the entry, to the kitchen, on to the hallways- the property was dirty. Chairs in dining area were stained and floors were visibly saturated. The breakfast setup was not easily assessible and left long lines and people waiting to prep items with one toaster and two small waffles makers. Our door was also left open when we went to enter our room and we had to find someone to confirm room was ready and cleaned. Would not book at this location in future.
