Room was clean. Not spacious but it was alright enough for one night. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay here again.

But they did the next morning, completely replaced the air conditioner.The next night was much more comfortable and able to sleep.\nWas really good

Desk clerk was friendly and efficient. room was clean. Bed was acceptable. Worst breakfast situation I have ever experienced at a Marriott property. Starts too late (6:30am) and the staff I encountered was subpar. As for the room, while it was clean and comfortable, I was awakened at 3am by foot traffic from the story above. Whatever happened to soundproofing. Hopefully, these issues are isolated to this particular Fairfield but I will never stay at another one. You might as well name it Motel 6.

Double room on 2nd floor was clean, fresh and well kept. Staff at nighttime check-in was pleasant and more friendly over the day staff. Breakfast was fine and had variety.

The room and breakfast were wonderful. The pool was very small, but still nice enough for the kids. All of the staff were friendly.

Another horrible expierence at a marriott. Checked in after a long drive and we were exhausted. the bathroom was dirty. There was toilet paper in the toilet, hair on the shower and a dirty towel behind the door. There was no.coffee or cups in the room. i asked to speak to a manager but none were on duty. I spoke to a.staff member who said they can't provide a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com and if I reached out to hotels.com they probably wouldn't provide a refund. I actually was not asking for a refund but simply wanted them to be aware.

Really appreciated that the team there started breakfast early since there was a lot of kids that had to be over at the college for the start of their competition close to 7 AM. The team also did an amazing job continuing to refill food as there were a ton of people down getting breakfast all at the same time. Thanks so much!

Did not take advantage of breakfast. Location was good though. Close to my sister-in-laws restaurant, The Beacon. Very thin walls between rooms. Woke up from conversation at 5:30 a.m. that was coming from next room. Could not get back to sleep. Also, lights in lobby n room were too bright, n mattress was very uncomfortable for me. Too soft for my back.
