Staff member confused about answering basic questions. Place was clean otherwise, well lit, nice outside.

Check in was 3pm got delayed twice to get into the room. Surroundings outside and inside were noisy. Could hear people in hallways and the next room. There needs to be instructions on how to raise and lower the shade blind for the window. Very difficult to operate. Unsatisfactory for the price. Will look for another option next trip to Boone

The staff was polite and the breakfast was pretty substantial. The hostess was prompt at refilling the food and she was kind, respectful and polite. The only down side was the single operating elevator in a nearly full occupancy hotel. It was quicker to take the stairs than wait for ride the elevator.

My granddaughter and I took advantage of both the breakfast and the gym and was pleased with both. Our room was clean and cozy and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. We were there during basketball camp at the college and the room was quiet even though several of the rooms around us were full of teenaged girls. The girls were very well behaved and friendly their coaches had done a great job.

The property needs to be updated . The pool is cracking and has gaps in the cement . The rooms was somewhat clean . There was a spider web behind the bathroom door in room 407 . Staff was great ! Oh the elevator got stuck between floors at different times . We reported it to the front and they said “ it happens “

Breakfast was nice. The pool was much smaller than it looked in the photo, but was clean. Room was clean and comfortable.
