Overall stay was good we slept while my husband went gambling

The room was very nice and clean loved everything about it the staff is very nice and helpful will stay again pool just close too early

Our room was clean and very comfortable. Love the restaurants inside the casino

The front desk clerk (Lola) was very attentive and had such a great attitude.

The staff were great including reception and restaurant. Issues were holes in the sheets and cracked glass windows looking outside towards the river. For what I paid, I expected more.

I really enjoyed the fact that the rooms were quiet and comfortable. Everyone I spoke with on the staff were very friendly and helpful and I would stay again.

Room was really nice and roomy. Loved the shower but the floors looked like they needed mopped. The check in receptionist was very nice but the one we gave our room keys to when we left was rude. Also the ice machine on the fourth floor wouldn’t work

Room had an mildew smell carpet was wet no towels replaced requested water so I could take my meds and waited for 35 minutes so I had to leave the premises to buy water asked for refund I received partial and then the took my deposit

We were only staying for one night. When we went to check out the next morning we were told that the food credit had to be used by the previous evening. I.E., we had no food credit for use that morning It was very odd. The person at the desk offered no help, assistance or other explanation. Apparently the folks at the front desk don't communicate well.

Great place, new very clean very modern, extremely comfortable bed, never wanted to get out of it, very spacious suit, loved it

The first room we received was nasty,, someone made up the bed and left tissue up u Der the cover, nor was the air working. But they did move me to a better room.

Clean and cozy Nothing

It was clean and people were friendly We were woken up at 2 in the morning because the people in 1145 were screaming and yelling at each other. This went on for over an hour. Cussing and threats to each other.

The casino was lively, the pool water warm and inviting, the guest rooms were cleaned and the towels were to die for.

The location was great, the facility was clean, and the staff was nice. The air was broken in our room. We reached out to the front desk. They sent someone to repair but it only brought the temperature down a little. It was a warm night.

The food was of moderate quality!

This hotel/casino is brand new so everything sparkles! The room was suite size. So large and so comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was so large, the shower was fantastic with great water, pressure! The casino is fun and we ate at the restaurant with the pizza oven! The pizza was one of the best I’ve ever had!. We parked valet for the convenience! I would highly recommend this hotel!

Bed is no different

I loved Everything about my room! The Valet was Absolutely Horrible! It took at least 20-30mins to get my car everytime I requested it! And I did not win a dollar at Live Casino my entire stay!
