Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport

Well located and large rooms with usual amenities. Unfortunately our room had a very noisy air conditioner which could not be adjusted. Hence we needed to leave it off, which meant the room became very stuffy. I was able to open the window a small amount which provided some relief

Walkable to the car rental and train station. Great location.

The beds are very good. The room is large . Silent. The room is large but there is no soul. They charted $500 per night and not even a shower cap in the bathroom. Not even a smile at the reception . Very dessapointing.

Food was ample and good Worn carpet, cold and sterile restaurant.

Nicely sized room that was pretty clean. (Heating/Cooling vents were pretty dusty) Manager's reception consisted of fruit, vegetables, chips and salsa. Soft drinks were available at a self serve station.

Not a bad hotel, but not stellar either. Great location within the airport and right next to the car rental companies. The shuttle was good, as was dinner there. They didn't make it particularly easy to drop our bags prior to returning the rental car, though.

Good proximity to the airport and local train. Spacious room (Two-Room King Suite). Quite with no exterior/interior noises. Nice breakfast, including omelets made for you per your request. Thanks for allowing late checkout with no extra fees. Horrible shuttle service. 2 shuttles passed by not stopping, keeping us to freeze for 45 minutes. We have got similar experience from other guests which we have met as well. Unbelievable extremely *rude and patronizing and unhelpful stuff* at chekin. A bit outdated. No safe in the room. Bottom line: Not value for money.

Rosa R was exceptional! She exceeded her expectations! Overall, the stay was really good! My only gripe is the hostess who worked the dining room. She was so rude! I was standing at the counter waiting to Be seated or waiting for help, she came to The counter and didn’t recognize me! She was so rude! Yall need to work on that aspect of customer service!

Bedrooms are fine. Communal areas look a bit tired (we have stayed before). Really understaffed in the bar and restaurant.

Comfortable room- approximately to the airport. The air conditioner/heater made a loud noise. Needs a refresh in the open tables. Toilet bowl seems like it was using hot water.

The location is great - close to the airport and there is a nearby subway stop. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and a nice layout. Good breakfast. They asked us to pay for an early check in (we came at 2pm, instead of 4pm).

The staff is ok , need to be more friendly, willing to explain customer ‘s concerns.

They didn't have the room we paid for when we arrived at midnight and the staff didn't care. They didn't compensate us for the money we lost and the best they could do was give us a roll out cot.

Beautiful and easy shuttle from airport although I had to call twice for shuttle and waited over 30mins The ac wouldn’t stay on - we were hot both nights :(

Location very close to Logan International Airport. We were 3 adults- myself and my son and daughter who are young adults: 22 and 19 years old. So we took double beds in a bedroom and a sofa bed in the adjacent room. It was fine but a bit crowded. ( perhaps because of our luggage: 3 suitcases, 2 trollies and 2 backpacks. In the end we had a good nights sleep after arriving very late… and the free breakfest with egg, toast and yogurts was a good start for the day. The evening-night staff was a bit curt and inpatient, but all the staff in the morning were courteous and very helpful. As written above: just a bit more patience from the night staff … and dont expect anything extraordinary in the room or the view from the window.

This property has gone downhill since our first stays. The free shuttle can take 30 minutes to arrive. For the weekday price of $400 it is definitely NOT worth it.
