Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport

Great staff, excellent and prompt shuttle service at all times. Room was spacious. Large bathroom. Everything well stocked.

Great location adjacent to the car rental return.

9 floors of guest and 2 of the 3 elevators were down for repairs. Took 25 minutes to wait for an elevator to get up and down each time.

The staff were very helpful and attentive to my needs and questions. When I ordered dine in, Josephine was incredibly kind in recommending specific routes to properly explore Boston. The food was incredible and the complimentary services were very much appreciated. I would stay here again!

Normally we have always enjoyed our stay and everything embassy has to offer, however, this time the place was feeling tired. 2 of the 3 elevators were broken for several days. Lights were out in lobby and hallways and the hallways were hot and musty smelling. I sure hope they are planning to renovate soon!

I was surprised to see all the toilet papers and tissue box were half used and there were no refills. There was not even a bottle of complementary water.

Super convenient location at the airport and a great breakfast offering. Perfect for families.

Valet on Sunday afternoon and Monday morning was so helpful as was Rosa at front desk.

The hotel was clean and we stayed here the last night of our Boston trip since it is near the airport. The location is great for getting to the airport quickly, but the price is high for this location.

No hot water to take a shower!! Mentioned when we checked out, hotel desk just said she was sorry for the inconvenience! Not worth staying in the future even though it is at the airport entrance

I was pampered the moment I arrived. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and inviting. I used both. The food was exceptional. I would stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family. It was next to the airport and I didn't notice.

Stayed there with family while exploring Boston. Hotel was excellent in all facets. Had everything we needed and more, including being short walks (5-15 minutes) from two different train stops. Excellent breakfast options in the morning and even light refreshments in the evening. Property was extremely clean and well maintained and staff were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Boston.
