Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport

The check-in was fast and easy. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and very comfortable. In the morning, we enjoyed the free breakfast with omelettes and waffles. We were able to hang out in the lobby for awhile until the free shuttle took us to the airport. Very convenient.

Great space for a family of five to stay. If renting a car, parking and road access is tricky from this location, but otherwise fantastic.

Overall great stay. Only comment would be on getting to the hotel. If you enter the address in your gps or navigation system it brings you at the wrong entrance which isn’t part of the hotel…it took us 20min to figure how to get to the other side. Front desk told us we had to enter the rental car center address to get to the right entrance. Please provide guests directions before their stay. It would save time and energy.

The main salon needs to be cleaned at night. That way guest in the morning with have a clean space.

Friendly staff - especially valet parking attendant and front desk receptionist. Great buffet breakfast, small but good workout center.

Cleanliness, comfort, closeness to airport Main lobby has open floor plan, makes it difficult to know what amenities for drinks or dinner are available and what are not, for instance, seating in a space reserved for the payers at the restaurant or available to all who stay at hotel…needed more availability of staff during “happy hour” snacks and during breakfast.

The front desk staff were NOT very friendly. I was staying for one night, came from my mom’s funeral. A smile would not have killed them.

Clean The address needs to be updated or it should be noted somewhere that the only way in is driving through the airport and also should be noted that parking is valet only and the cost is $60 per night. This was not advertised anywhere, so after getting lost trying to find a way into the hotel you then get a $60 valet surprise.

It’s a great location to end our trip before the flight home our next day. The T is close and the shuttle gets us to our flight on time.

The breakfast omelette was very good. And I was grateful for actual plates and silverware, but again disappointed because the coffee was going in paper cups. The room was very nice. The Crabtree and Evelyn soaps and conditioners were lovely. But they really need to do a better job cleaning the elevators as well. Somehow they seem to get forgetting and forgotten at a lot of hotels. It’s probably one of the most used spaces.

This hotel had all the right stuff: clean and comfortable rooms, very helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. Highly recommend if you need to stay near the airport as well. Very convenient!

nice breakfast buffet, shuttle to the t-stop and airport

Breakfast was kinda bland flavor wise. Someone’s room service sat in the hallway for almost 24 hours before it was picked up by the staff causing a trip hazard for other guest. We were told the only parking option was valet, was not a fan of that. The helpfulness of the front desk staff was hit or miss. Some were nice some couldn’t care less. This was my first time in Boston so we didn’t really know what to expect.

They don’t provide free bottle of water in room only an Evian with an $8 tag around it. They will give you free still water when you ask …… but needs a trip back downstairs to get this. Hotel is very dated.

The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good and very convenient with a late afternoon arrival and early next morning departure. Hostess was very helpful. There is no self parking and a very small covered pickup area. I went to pick up car rental in a downpour. When I returned 45 min later to pick up wife and luggage, the same dipstick who was parked in front of the door when I left was still there. We had to load in the pouring rain. He came out with companion as we pulled away. Pick up/valet area has to be better monitored! If he had showed up 1 minute earlier there would have been an unpleasant confrontation.
