Disappointing

Size of room, Reception staff were quite sharp and told me I was standing to the right of centre and therefore wasn’t in the correct place to check in - unnecessary to keep us waiting when it was obvious why I was holding check-in paperwork!! A real lack of staff available in such a large foyer.

A clean room and A lovely say Hi from housekeeping , evening and morning she is very humble and big smile from her inner.(yes she has good served mind ) But the reception in front when I checked in yesterday he made me feel afraid because his character has not smile and not polite to me ,or because I come from Asia? Yes I am polite and thankful for everyone. I am no idea about this,I glad to pay highly price/night but hotel doesn’t have breakfast . Really??? Why not? ☔️OMG !!!

Excellent location with free airport pick and drop facility best fits with frequent travelers. Location, locations, location

Ideal location Carpets a bit worn. Over busy so 40 minute wait for a meal.

Access for a very early flight good from terminal A and E

Easy access to the airport. Staff is very nice and room was beautiful. The children enjoyed watching airplanes.

The hotel is a little tired but thats not the biggest problem. There was hair all over the floor in our bathroom. No matter busy or short staffed, it was inexcusable. we have stayed here for 30 years but it sadly declines slightly every year.

The location to the airport was paramount to the selection. The hotel is well kept, staff is friendly, gym is spacious with plenty of equipment. The attached restaurants and cafe were good with lots of selection.

It was close to the airport. Expensive and dated.

The rooms were adequate for a stay at the airport but it was very disruptive with the vibrations of the planes taking off and landing all night. While the airport convenience is great, the noise kinda overshadows that convenience

Housekeeping was tight next door when we left for the afternoon, saw us leave, acknowledged us , but skipped our room. Called the desk to replenish coffee, water, cups. Annoying.

Convenient and good gym. View from room across to city was pleasant. Good hotel to use for the airport.

Very helpful. Wanted to return our rental car due to the storm and were very helpful with instructions on how to do that. Even offered to pick us up from the rental center after dropping off the car. Airport shuttle got us directly to airport in the morning.
