One of my favorite all time hotels! Can beat the harbor views and the restaurant is excellent for breakfast and dinner.

I like this hotel. It is clean, convenient to the airport, easy to get to town, and it has unparalleled views of the Boston skyline plus a decent restaurant with the same skyline view and way better food than most airport hotels. The staff is friendly and the blond woman server in dining room is particularly good at her job. I have stayed at this hotel several times and always look forward to seeing her (wish I had better name recall!).

Loved the view and the proximity to the water taxis. The staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant had an ok lunch and dinner selection, breakfast was good, we had the buffet. The rooms need some updating for sure, older worn furniture and terrible pillows unless you like feather, no microwave. It would have been nice to have a small convenience type area in the lobby for snacks and drinks as there are no vending machines or anything on site. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again.

Book this hotel for the view and proximity to the ferry, water taxi and the airport. Do not book for the rooms or accomodations. The outside area, the view and the restaurant (and that staff) are all excellent. The rooms and common areas like the hallways seem old, smelly and unclean. No WiFi our last night. No room service was available during our stay, with no explanation given. Nothing could be plugged in via the bathroom outlets, so we had to use the ones in the room. I did like the free airport shuttle. However, I won't be staying here again if I can help it. Outside or in the restaurant - excellent. Inside - icky.

I enjoyed the property and the chowder provided at night as well as the shuttle to/ from airport and the train station. I thought that the windows within the elevator cabs should be cleaned as they look very bad when looking outward. Especially the cab furthest on the left. It looked terrible when viewing the outside. The view from the rooms was excellent but I think a microwave in the room would be good as well and one is not provided. The breakfast menu is very limited as well.

Now that we know how to get around, we don’t know if we would stay here next time. I don’t believe they have a pool, although a nice workout room, unfortunately with no view. It made us feel hostage to their restaurant as there are no stores or restaurants nearby to walk to. It is very close to the ferry loop stop and the bus that goes to the airport.

Downside- Stains on carpets throughout the property and room. Wifi didn't connect to any devices. Upside- Great view of skyline and harbor. Staff upgraded our room and accommodated our group for breakfast buffet in the middle of transitioning to lunch.

Other than the shower door handle that was very loose, this place is excellent. The location is close to the airport, but you don’t hear the constant aircraft traffic when in your room. It also is conveniently close to the rental vehicle property next the airport. One of the best features is being across the bay of a nice city skyline view that the sun sets behind. For a quick stay before leaving it was excellent.
