Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor

There were only 3 pillows on the king bed, normally there would be four. The TV had a scratch in the screen.

The location of the property can’t be beat. I loved being able to look out at the Boston Skyline at different times of day and night. All was good. No complaints.

Property was extremely clean, staff exceptionally friendly, including in the dining room and your shuttle driver was exceptional

The shuttle service from and to the airport is a huge plus. The staff was very friendly and the onsite restaurant and bar was very nice.

Chose to use the shuttle bus to airport as we had already stayed 3 nights in Boston downtown before embarking on cruise. We were disappointed with the shuttle service.. in the morning to go to the subway the driver abrupt and rude, made us wait 20min even though we were the only passengers! In the afternoon it was a different driver so we took the shuttle to the airport (Terminal E)only to find we did a huge loop at fast speed over bumpy roads and after 15 mins we were back at our hotel! We had to check he hadn’t forgotten us! There was as building work at airport causing chaos which we understand was out of his control, but an explanation would have been good before taking the shuttle.

was surprised w/the room size bed was very comfortable on check-in were given 2 chips for clam chowder at restaurant it did not disappoint very nice lunch were able to check in early while waiting for a flight the next day room was super quite for so close to airport staff at breakfast

Fabulous views of the harbour, with complimentary shuttle buses to and from the airport and easy access to the harbour taxi boats to get across the bay to visit all the amazing sites of this beautiful city. Everything was excellent, so nothing was able to be improved!

Clean room - comfortable bed. Super quiet stay

We waited a full hour for the shuttle at the airport. My husband has mobility issues and it was a real problem. we watched all the other hotel vans go by twice in the time we waited. Very Frustrating!

The room was spacious, the view was wonderful. The room was clean and the food was great. Close to the airport so only convenient to people who are flying before or right after starting.

My husband and I loved our stay!!! Our room view was awesome every night and morning! You could also sit outside by the harbor and enjoy a walk with the stunning view! My husband called ahead for our anniversary and they did this beautiful presentation on the bed! The bed was comfortable, loved the bathroom lighting. The clam chowder was so lovely. The closeness to the airport was a plus with the shuttle and you didn’t hear any airplane noise inside. We used the shuttle for the train station as well and all of our shuttle drivers were a delight. A special shoutout to CHAD!!!! Chad is the man!! Hotel provided water as well.

Superb

Mainly booked for the view and location. Close to airport and view of the Boston Harbor is very peaceful. Able to walk in the AM and watch a wedding taking place. My only gripe is the ($10/token) for meals to incentivize you to buy from their restaurant. The menu has improved a little from prior stays, yet I'm vegan and the selections are limited. Don't like having to pay for something I'm not going to use. Ended up walking to a restaurant (Aloe Bowl) and got an amazing vegan breakfast.
