Great property and great location

The air conditioning went out and our rooms were very hot

Decent room , restaurant, pleasant staff.

Everything was great, except the AC was broken . We called for maintenance and he came but unfortunately his fix didn’t work

In the morning we wanted to explore the city and drop our bags at the concierge at 10am. Concierge didn’t show up for an hour, we missed the ferry. We come through Boston twice each year, and won’t be coming back to this property.

Dinner was good at the hotel. Everything was fine until the AC quit in the middle of the night in our room on one of the hottest days in Boston. Front office was notified and it took several hours to get AC. Otherwise, it's a nice location to stay.

We had a great stay! Our room was on the 15th floor overlooking the harbor..Beautiful view! Our room was clean and comfortable, very roomy.

Later, while riding the airport shuttle, I learned from other guests that the AC issue was not limited to our room but was affecting a larger portion of the property. While I understand that unexpected maintenance issues can happen, I would have appreciated better communication and a more customer-focused response from the staff.

Location was perfect with 24hr shuttle service! Also discovered water taxis that dock nearby giving multiple transportation options! We walked after returning our rental car…would be great to add signage directing walkers to walkway fronting harbor! Signage directing walkers to harbor walkway in back of hotel.

Nothing but good to say

Had a very nice room lookng out over the water. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hotel property was updated and functional. Hotel provided each room with two bottles of water a day which was very nice. Rooms had refrigerators. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Had a small problem with the parking. Everyday we would have to hit the speaker to be buzzed out due to room key not working properly. Desk staff did not offer to fix it they simply told us to buzz the desk to be let out. Inconvenient for days.

Breakfast was great, i just didn't realize it was an extra cost and wasn't complimentary That breakfast cost money and wasn't complimentary

The number I was given to request free airport pickup from the hotel was a recording. I waited over an hour, and finally the airport authorities contacted the hotel and the driver. When he arrived, he was wonderful and very apologetic, but I explained it was not his fault.
