Candlewood Suites Bowling Green by IHG

Property overall is dated but they try to keep it clean. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathroom floors felt sticky. We woke up to water on the tile floors and water coming out of the walls above the shower. I let someone know and she said she would move us but we were leaving that day. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was perfect, I will definitely be staying here again.

Location Entrance was odd, beds were not comfortable, furniture was large, not useful and overwhelming. Booked a two room suite, but was only one room.

Wonderful

Clean quiet place to stay comfortable bed

Always love Candlewood locations. Staff is always very kind and helpful. Will stay again; it is our preferred hotel. Good price; simple convenient location. This one was newer and very clean. As always; very quiet.

Poor location

All was very good except that I wanted a non smoking room and there was a definite tell-tale hint of cigarette smoke in the room. That stench can't be covered up.

OK

Nice location, close to 65 yet safe & quiet Also many restaurants near by

It was clean and quiet. Breakfast would be nice. While we were there for a short time, I didn't see anyone use the longer stay facilities. No game room use, or weights, etc. It would be nice to have a small breakfast area.

👍

This property is in a very convenient location, well-maintained, and a great value for what you get! It's obviously very well managed and every staff member I interacted with was wonderful! This is one of the best values for a hotel in Bowling Green, 10/10 recommend! Honestly, there was nothing about the property or room that felt like it needed improvement! For anyone not familiar with long-term stay hotels, just know there is no hotel breakfast. It absolutely wasn't an issue for me since the in-room kitchenette is immaculately stocked with everything you could need!

How clean and nice it was Not any picnic table or anything to sit out to smoke outside?

I booked this hotel thinking there was a pool as pictured on their website. I was disappointed as there was not a pool. The clerk said they have been trying to get rid of the picture for quite some time with no results. She said it is a picture of the pool they used to have.

Very roomy, everything you need in the room, convenient location.

Very good

Overall stay was as expected. We were just traveling through and needed a place to sleep. The shower was perfect. Hot water and great pressure. Our only complaint was the room smelled like stale cigarettes, especially when the ac kicked on.
